Victor Paul Wierwille was a Bible scholar and teacher for over four decades.

By means of Dr. Wierwille's dynamic teaching of the accuracy and integrity of God's Word, foundational class and advanced class graduates of Power for Abundant Living have learned that the one great requirement for every student of the Bible is to rightly divide the Word of Truth. Thus, his presentation of the Word of God was designed for students who desire the in-depth-accuracy of God’s Word.

In his many years of research, Dr. Wierwille studied with such men as Karl Barth, E. Stanley Jones, Glenn Clark, Bishop K.C. Pillai, and George M. Lamsa. His formal training included Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Theology degrees from Mission House (Lakeland) College and Seminary. He studied at the University of Chicago and at Princeton Theological Seminary from which he received a Master of Theology degree in Practical Theology. Later he completed his work for the Doctor of Theology degree.

Dr. Wierwille taught the first class on Power for Abundant Living in 1953.

Books by Dr. Wierwille include: Are the Dead Alive Now? published in 1971; Receiving the Holy Spirit Today published in 1972; five volumes of Studies in Abundant Living— The Bible Tells Me So (1971), The New, Dynamic Church (1971), The Word's Way (1971), God's Magnified Word (1977), Order My Steps in Thy Word (1985); Jesus Christ Is Not God (1975); Jesus Christ Our Passover (1980); and Jesus Christ Our Promised Seed (1982).

Dr. Wierwille researched God's Word, taught, wrote, and traveled worldwide, holding forth the accuracy of God's "wonderful, matchless" Word.

Take your Bibles and turn to the Gospel of John. The Gospel of John the 17th chapter. Our believing is conditioned by what we think of God. And what we think of God. You can only acquire from somebody teaching it to you, or you reading it someplace and somebody is still teaching or to somebody wrote it.

00:34

And those of us who have been in a quest for the accuracy of God's revelation, have had to come back to the integrity of God's Word. We believe that if a person wants to know God's will, he has to go back and know God's word. So our believing is conditioned by our knowledge of God's Word. And then the ability, the determination, the desire the conviction within our souls, to put it into concrete into living reality. Your son Kip writes, As a born again, believer, are dependent upon the accuracy of God's word and the revelation in Dutch word. Does God in His Word, tell the truth? And is this truth which he tells in his words, are the promises that he makes within His Word? Are these promises kept by him? And in the third place? Is God able to carry out the promises that he makes? In John 17? In verse 17, we have one of the answers to these three basic questions that I have posited with you tonight. Does he tell the truth, John 1717. Thy Word is what? Proof by word is truth, Sanctify them, set them apart through thy truth. Now what is truth? The word is true. And this word is in reality in two manifestations. One is Christ Jesus, and the other is the written word. Jesus Christ was the word. The written word, is as accurate as the Christ, who appear upon earth. He sets us apart, he sets people apart through the truth, and the setting apart comes by the truth of that word. By word is truth. Not what people say about it all the time, necessarily. But if the people say what the Word says, they want the people say is what? The truth. But if people say that which is contrary to the alert, that no matter how sincere they may be, no matter how many convictions they may have, they still do not have what the truth. It's the word that's truth. God's Word is truth. Holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. And all scripture is profitable for right believing. Heart correction, for instruction, for reproof. That man of God may be perfect, through and through and truly perfect. On to all good works because His Word is true. Look at Hebrews Hebrews chapter 11. The second question I asked a while ago was, will God keep his promise? Now look at verse 11 of Hebrews 11. Through believing or through faith, also Sara herself received strength to conceive seeds and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had what promise He is faithful, the one who made the promise. She judged him faithful. And when she judged him faithful, then she conceived seed and then she brought forth. But God is always faithful. God is not only willing to fulfill what he has promised, but God is able to fulfill that promise. Look at Ephesians chapter three. Ephesians chapter three, verse 20. Now on to him. That is our who is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that we're good enough. You see, God is able, he is not only willing, but he is also able. Those of you have studied these foundational classes, know how that we take this word of God and let it speak for itself. And that we see that God's ability equals His willingness. This is not always true in men. Sometimes, a man is willing to do something, but he likes the ability to do it. And other times a man is able to help, but he is not willing to help. But in God file in God, his ability always is parallel with his willingness. God is not only willing to fulfill every promise he has made, but God is able to do exceedingly, abundantly because the promises of God will always exceed abundance to the belief, he is able to do exceedingly, abundantly, above all that we can ask or think, according to that power of God, which is at work within us, because we believe in John Chapter Three John chapter three verse six, that which is born of the flesh is what place and that which is born of the Spirit, is what? Spirit, these two never overlap in the Bible.

07:47

Anybody that overlaps them, is not rightly dividing the word of truth, and will never have the true word because you'll always be propounding air, no matter how sincere he may be. It caused sincerity is no guarantee of truth. Die word is what proof, here's the word. And it's written so simply on so plainly, that even a child can understand it. That which is born of the place is what place, and it'll always stay that way. That which is born of the Spirit is lot, spirit, and it will stay that way. Now, when we're born of the place, we become sons and daughters of our parents. When you were born, or the place, you got the name, you will have because you are the son or the daughter of your daddy and your mother. Now that which is born in a place will always be one place. This is why as long as I live, I'm going to be Victor Paul, where will whether I like it, or whether I don't like I'd also say whether you like it or whether you don't like it. I'm still going to be a lot. Victor Paul, where will why because of a law that that which is born at a place is a lot and that which is born however now of the Spirit is what do you have any doubt about the first one? Like you don't you know that you're Mr. So and so. Or you're Miss so and so before you've got Mrs. Or vice versa, and that you will forever remain that child as long as you live a lot about the work of God is oh of a man or a woman when he's born again of God's Spirit. When he's born again of God's Spirit, He is whose son, God's Son, not flesh wise, but what spirit life because of the flesh, he's not born of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh. And that which is born of the Spirit is what? That's what it says. That's what it means. And this is wonderful. Because if you're born of the best daddy and mommy in the whole world, you have all the blessing. You have all the the wealth, all the prestige, all the position that comes with that birth in that family. What about my birth? In God's family? Does not that then equally give me all the rights and privileges that belong to a son of God? In the family of God? Do I not that automatically, legally, receive the right to play every promise? That is written to me, by the father, whose son I am? What an earthly father passes on, believes the last will and testament. And if that last will and testament is properly and honestly executed. Every child in that family has to abide by that revelation. Well, what about God's last will and testament? We call it the old and the new one testament. It means the old and the new will that God has given to His people. Now we're concerned about the new will. What? Why has he left me?

12:17

What belongs to me? Because I belong to him? What are my sonship? Right, as a son of God?

12:30

I know my sonship right. From an earthly point of view, as to what my father said about in the wheel. Well, how about turning to the wheel? To find out my son Kip writes, In God. When you take God's word, and you turn to it, you find in God's word, which is his will, his last will and testament, you find that proof, which is addressed to you, telling you exactly what you have and what you are in Christ Jesus. Legally, our redemption is on legal grounds, our justification, our sanctification, it's all on legal grounds. So that we have been legally ready. I'd like for you to turn to Ephesians. Chapter Four, because God made it legally possible in Christ Jesus for everyone to be saved. And he gave us ministries in the body that men and women might know what they have and what they are. In verse eight of Chapter Four of Ephesians. We read Wherefore he said, When He ascended up on high, He led captivity captive. And He gave gifts under luck, man, He led captivity captive. He led those things that have always held people enslaved. Though those which things which have always bound people under the law. He led all of those things captive. Well if God in Christ, let these captive He led captivity. That which always captivated people and always took them and bound them and enslaved them. If He led captivity kept Do you, then you and I are no longer captives of captivity. Right? Then we have been freed of it, because He led captivity captive. Now as your sonship, right, this is one of the great things you've got, you've got the privilege of saying, I have been set free, because all the captivity, that formerly enslaved my life, all the worries, all the fears, all the anxieties, all the frustrations, all the negative. All these are gone. Because he, Jesus Christ, led captivity. And He gave gifts on to me. And he gave these gifts on demand on the day of Pentecost. And in verse 11, it tells you what these ministries are gift ministries are, he gave some apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors, and teachers, for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying the building up of the body, not the tearing down of the body, not the separation of the body, not the segregation of the body, but the unity of it. As the Word says that we be of one mind and one Spirit, for the perfecting of that body. the edifying of it. And these five ministries are here, as it says in verse 13, on kill, or kill, we all come in the unity of the bank, and have the knowledge of the Son of God unto a perfect man, onto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, and that can only be when he comes back. So until that time, as sons of God, we have a right to know that He led captivity captive, and that he gave us ministries in the body for the edifying the building up of the body. That we'd get not that we do not get tossed to and fro with every wind of doctrine. And that's quite cunning craftiness, whereby men lie and wait to deceive us. And all that deceit always looks so sincere. It always looks so genuine, it looks so kosher. But once they get you ensnared, you'll always make you less than what the will says, you have in Christ Jesus. He led captivity camp. If tonight you're being enslaved in any form of captivity, and you're a child of God, born again of God's Spirit, you have not legally claimed your sonship rights. If you're full of worry, or fear, anxiety, or frustration, if you're all concerned about what tomorrow will bring, you have not claimed your sonship rights. It's written in the will, you will have what the will says. But unless you go and claim it, you're not going to have it. He led captivity Kathy, and He gave gifts on demand of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers, until it comes again, what for that man women might again know God's word. So these are tremendous times people. These are days waiting to be alive. It's really a God given privilege. It's a God given opportunity, that we have a part in a ministry of the greatness or God's word.

19:21

Because most people just talk about it and never believe. Some of them just talk about it and never know it.

19:31

But God's Word is truth. And God is faithful to what he has promised. And he is able to perform it. And it said He led captivity want captive. Bless God if the lead captivity captain, then men and women have got other sick that captivity off their shoulders and not allow Satan to put it on him. They ought to walk for throwing their shoulders But hold their heads up and say what the Word of God says that they have been set free because he, Jesus Christ led captivity captive. Ladies and gentlemen, you can't handle it yourself. Why you needed to say we couldn't accomplish it on our own. This is why he left captivity captive, because no other man could do it. But Christ Jesus loaded second Grint. Second Corinthians, you see God gave back to the born again believer at the time of his birth, he gave him the legal rights that Adam had, and more. All those rights that Adam had that you read about in Genesis chapter one and two, all of those legal rights are restored back to the Son of God, when he's born again of God's Spirit, plus, plus the right of rulership, the right of dominion and authority over all of God's creation. All that was lost in Adam is regained in Christ. Plus the new birth which is eternal life, in Adam, it was in the spirit was in him upon a condition. When you're born again of God's Spirit, that spirit of God is within that believer unconditionally. What a wonderful revelation we have in God's words of what we are and what we have as sons of God, not right. Look at Second Corinthians chapter five. Listen to this, verse 21, for heat, God has made him Jesus, to be sin for us, who know know what? Sin, that we that we might be made the righteousness of God in what if God made Jesus to be sin for us? Who knew no sin. Jesus took sin upon himself that you and I wouldn't have to carry it. I want you to keep your finger here and go to Isaiah. I say I think it's 53. Who has believed our report, the prophet spoke and wrote, and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?

23:19

Now now's a great prophecy talking about these. Four he shall grow up before him as a tender plant. And as root, out of dry ground, he has no form, nor comeliness. When we shall see Him, there is no beauty that we deserve you. He is despised and rejected of men. A man of sorrows, pain, and acquainted with Greek sickness is the text. And we hid as it were our faces from him. He was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he has borne our sicknesses and carried our sorrows our pain. yet we did esteem him stricken mitten of God and afflicted. Verse five, he was wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes, we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray. And why their sheep has gone astray class. What's the matter with it? It's lost. At all. It's wrong. It's a stray, it's lost. It's away from the phone. All we like sheep have gone astray. Why have we gone astray? The next part of that verse tells us, we have turned everyone to his own boy. But the Lord has laid on him on Jesus, the iniquity of us what? Oh, that's why in Second Corinthians five, it says, He made him to be sin for us who knew know what? sin that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. They tell me we go off the air here in a minute, I just like to talk to the folks on the broadcast before and then we'll go back to the Word. You people listening to these broadcasts Sunday night after Sunday night? Certainly we here at the way biblical Research Center would like to hear from you. Why don't you write the way new Knoxville aisle? And let us know whether you appreciate parts of this service coming to you week after week in the teaching ministry. If so, we'd like to hear from you. But have a good weekend. We love you. And we thank God for you. Now, back to verse 21. God made Jesus to be sin for us who knew no sin, that we might be made want the righteousness of us? Well, how righteous is God plus? there anything more, right? And that verse says, that you are made as righteous as what? God then if you go around town tomorrow morning, or in the shop or out the factory, or down the street. And you say, well, to just a miserable day, I don't amount to very much. And I feel spiritually I just haven't got a thing. And that I have to work real hard. If this maybe someday I'll be good enough. What do you say about the word, the word is what proof, the word is true. And when people go down the street barn again a God Spirit, and they say that of themselves. These are God's word is alive, or they are sinful as all that either God's word is alive. Or the people who degrade God's Word by saying that they're nothing. When God says, they have the righteousness of God, not wrong someplace, right? The Word of God says that we have the righteousness of God, were in the flesh. Oh, my goodness, no, in the lot, spirit. Now, when I renew my mind, and put on the mind of Christ appear, transformed by the renewing of my mind, then I burn, bring this righteousness of God that's in the spirit into concrete. And in my day by day living, then I bring it into the flesh category in the census category.

28:23

We're talking this week among the men that we see are many times that the greatest teaching on grace and love of God, any place in the history of the world since a first century is in the way ministry today among God's people. But that, like in the days of the apostle Paul, were so frequently misunderstood.

28:49

So frequently, people get so upset, because they don't understand. They think when you talk about grace, that they have an absolute license to sin. And absolute freedom. They can just do as they fall, please.

29:13

That's right. You can't, but you're gonna be miserable as eight. And you're not going to get any prayers and and you're not going to have any witness to the power of God in your life. That's right. And never have we taught our people that grace gives them a license to say that does. Grace is great. It's unmerited favor. God so loved that he gave and because God so loved, we ought to so love him. That we all say what the Word of God says that we'll do what the Word of God says we should remember Reality. I was going to tell you how some of these things came up among the men and what we're talking about grace. And one of the men brought up how that many times in the way ministry, as we have taught people, the greatness of God's word, they learn grace. And then six months later, they're walking in such freedom, that they're no longer walking with the Lord at all. They think that's great. Well, boy, it is great. It is great. If it was any of God's work, see the hammer bowls in where he'd be pulling our nose. But that's not the way to walk. We that have been born again of God's Spirit are to be so transformed by the renewing of our mind, that we're able to prove that good and acceptable and perfect one will of God. And unless you and I renew our minds on the word, and we say what the Word of God says. We don't get much done. We're talking about people in the lay ministry, these past 25 years that we've know, worked with many times. And we have discovered this, unless a man or a woman puts a minimum of 10% of his income into a ministry. He doesn't last. They don't mean anything. Because under the Jewish law, they they had to by law, give at least 10%. Now we got to be Christians by grace, you know. So now we just put $1 in or we put 50 cents in or we put a diamond. And that man, we're talking how, through the years, and even last year in the year before, that unless a woman or a man born again of God, Spirit, puts at least 10%, the first 10% of his income in, he does not mean what his mouth says regarding the word, and that man or that woman will never grow spiritually. He'll die on the vine, she'll die on the vine. Their lives will never gel, they'll always stay in poverty. They'll never get their bills paid. They cause nine tenths without God's blessing will never produce a will will always produce more than 10 tenths without what all I put. Got. All that means me turn it around, or do something with it. I want to tell you something. If you can out cheap God, ladies and gentlemen, Jesus Christ died, they were all headed for halos some points. Right? Because if we've got the right distance of God, then we've got it. But then we've got the rest of the responsibilities and up for tunity is also and if God cannot bless our nine pence more than he can, then we can get 10 tenths of it without God's blessing. Ladies and gentlemen, God died. But of course, if you've got that little bit of believing you never get anything anyway. That's why when we talk about heaven, our heart and soul in a ministry, don't talk unless you're doing God's if you're not doing your you're not doing you're doing is you're talking, you're just mouth. You know, like somebody prays for you says, oh, Lord, I love you. Every time you see me talking behind your back, you know how high that prayer went. Didn't get out of the auditorium. But it sounded good to the sense knowledge years of those sitting there because they tell that person prayed so lovingly, for that person.

34:12

doesn't gel with the word. It's the word that's true. And we have the righteousness of God and ladies and gentlemen, if we have the righteousness of God, then we ought to declare it. When you go to the shop or factory tomorrow morning, out on a farm wherever you go in the house, say to yourself, I have the righteousness of God manifested among the children among the neighbors, that you've got the righteousness of God, the neighbors may scratch their head, but all they're going to get splinters under their fingers. So don't worry about what hurt. You have the righteousness of God. People we've got to say what the Word says.

35:01

The tremendous reality you know what righteousness says? Right just is your God given justification? God justified you, and because he justified to your maid, right?

35:24

So righteousness is your God given justification. And by this god given justification, he makes you to stand right now before God in the righteousness with which Christ Jesus posed you at the time you were born again. So you appear before God right now, not when you die, but right now, you appear before God, because it was God who justified you in Christ Jesus, and gave to you this righteousness, you appear before him right now, without any condemnation, without any sin without any guilt, without any blame. That's why it's great, wonderful truth. sees this is why I teach our people in the classes that it is our high and holy privilege right now, because we're Christians, to know that we're standing before God without any sense of sin or guilt or condemnation, or frustration or fear. Because we have what the Word of God says, we have, and we are with the Word of God says. Then why is it that so many believers BORN AGAIN of God spirits, never gel? Why don't they ever best? Why don't they bubble? Why don't they walk down the street, with their heads held high and their shoulders back? They cause something keeps telling them that they're not quite as good as what the Word says. And you know that something that tells you that can't be the word, it has to be from the other side, that has to be there. And he'll keep reminding you that you're not quite as good as the Word says, Because do you remember when? And you'll go back? Do you remember when you did so and so? Or when you did so in So, and lo and behold, pretty soon the neighbor will remind you of it, then the husband or the wife or somebody else or come along and remind you of it? You remember when and before you know it? Down go the shoulders, you know, again, we're just as enslaved as we were before we were born again. Why? Because we do not continue to confess what the Word says. Ladies and gentlemen, we are what the Word says we are. Not because of what we are, but because of what he is in what we are in hip. That's it in Christ Jesus. And this is why if you ever want to tap into the resources, you have to start confessing what the Word says. You're never going to sense the righteousness of God in concrete and in your life until you start saying that you are right. When you don't feel like it, you say you're what right? Are our righteousness is not of the place, but of the lot. That which is born at a place is what? And that was his bar into the lot. And that is what you have to confess. And as you keep confessing it, you finally get it lodged in your mind. And as you get it lodged in your mind, lo and behold, one day you start walking a little better than you ever walked before and all at once you've come to realization oh my goodness, this righteousness of God is really increasing in my life. People always talk about want to give it up bad habits. Everyone wants to get whatever everybody wants you to give up bad habits. Basically New Year's. I tried that too, and it didn't work. Right. But when you start testifying the word and this word starts bubbling and living. You don't have to give up. It gives you up. You wake up some morning and lo and behold, they used to curse and swear like a trooper. Now you go to dinner and you never even use a bad word. And you'll wonder what's happened to? Well, you know what's starting to happen to you? This righteousness of God and you're starting to come into concrete and in a manifestation because you're getting the renewed mind. And you're not only righteous, then in the spirit, your righteousness is manifested in the place in a census category.

40:24

So we just begin to testify that we are what the Word of God says we are, these things are legally ours. Why? Because we belong legally to Jesus Christ to God. Legally, from an earthly point of view, I am the son of my father and my mother, spiritually, also, legally, spiritually, I am the son of my heavenly Father. Boy, how we have lived below par. How far we have dropped down the scale. You know why, because we live in usually in an environment work in a society where everybody's negative, everybody's defeated, frustrated, and they got more troubling 60. And so we just take on the coloring of our environment, rather than to take on the coloring of God's word. This is why we have to become a distinctive people, a peculiar people in the right sense of their usage of the word peculiar. And that is, because we have to become an embodiment and implementation of the greatness of God's word that's revealed here. We have to manifest in our daily life, the righteousness of God which we have spiritually through Christ. He's very familiar verse in Scripture, First Corinthians, chapter one. Verse 29, no flesh should watch. I mean, chapter one or First Corinthians, verse 29. No place should glow rate in his one press. Because how can you have Dory in a place in his presence, because the place is not born of God, right? That is places born out of love. That was your spirit is no place is going to glory in His presence. Why next verse, Because of him, of God, are ye in crises? Who of God is made on joy? Wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption, that, according as it is written, He does glory. Let him go rate in though of the Lord, not in his own place, but glory in the Lord and what the Lord did for him. Of him, if you're someone, you've got seasons, of him, are you not in Jesus thought in Christ, Jesus Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us. If he has made unto us, then it is not something that I make. It's not something that anyone else makes. He has made unto us that is not something I work for, right? Or if I worked for it, I would be making it. He has made unto us wisdom. Right to sanctification. And what? Right and then do I have wisdom? No, perhaps don't use it some time and have gotten spiritually. I haven't transferred it to my mind and and brought it into concrete. Somebody's got it near everybody that was born again. He is made on to us. He is made the son toy and class. But the oldest son in the family has legally a right to the youngest son in the family has the same legal rights. Therefore in the family of God. Though one who has been there 100 years would have no more legal rights and the water was just pouring again tonight. Sometime I'm going to teach you the two products just never get around to doing all these things. But I keep thinking about you once in a while. Some night I'd like to take the two protocols apart. Because the story is told about always told about the prodigal son the one right.

45:17

That isn't true. It's it isn't true. Because the one that's referred to as the prodigal son really wasn't the prodigal son was the other one that was a product. They were both protocols, but you work it down. But this one that stayed at home, always had everything the father had available. But he was as practical as that one that went out and spent all the riders living because he had pride and selfishness, he had everything out. So it's really the story, not up to prodigal son, that all. It's the story of a loving and forgiving father. That's what it is. The father who loved that son who always had everything that he wanted, and the father who loved the son would spend all that he had in right as living finally came back home. It's not the story of two prodigal sons or one prodigal son when you get real honest. It's the story of a loving and forgiving father. Some night I may teach. But here we are, he has made unto us wisdom. He has made onto us righteousness. He has made unto us sanctification. And people. If he has made unto us sanctification, then we are what? sanctified, to be made to be sanctified is to be set apart. What the word sanctified me. You're not working for it. If you don't work, for it wouldn't have been made sanctification unto you. It was Christ Jesus who did it. For us, he has made sanctification set apart. You know what we're set apart for heaven. That's why we're saying to fight at all, hell can't stop us from going. That's what he did for us in Christ Jesus. He sanctified us, He set us apart. Before you were born again, in God's Spirit, you were also set apart or held for hell and all housing couldn't stop you from going until you got born again of God's Spirit. And when you got born again, a God Spirit. God's Spirit is greater than the devil spirits. When you got born again at God's Spirit, you've got to be God's son, and he sanctified you and set you apart with eternal life for him. Well, bless God. Why don't we go on a walk in abundance of that thing? Without doing and threatened every minute? What's going to happen tomorrow?

48:00

How are we going to be able to meet the bills? How are we going to be able to do this? God must die. Boy, no wonder the Christians look so pitifully. He makes screaming. They really look like pigeon toe, everything else. Because you see, we're not walking on the solid foundation of the greatness of God's Word.

48:33

He is made done to us. Wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and he is made unto us redemption. Everything that you can find in the word on redemption. He has made this unto us in Christ. Water reality and truth. Not tremendous thing.

48:53

This is why in second Corinthians chapter five verse 20, it says we are ambassadors are some of our legal sonship right? It doesn't say you're going to be an ambassador someday. It says you want our what type of Ambassador Are you? When you walk down the street and you say well, I don't amount to very much. And all there is another way grad and I'd sure like to fight with them today. Kind of an ambassador Are you? People It must hurt the heart of God that God's people have never risen up to see the greatness of His Word and believe. We are ambassadors you don't work for a job. Perhaps to be an ambassador for the United States, you'd have to work like praise $100 a plate or cheese sandwich. Somebody to get to go to the convention. And maybe it after poor 1000s of dollars another campaign. Finally, because you were such a good boy and stood with a program, you get to be an ambassador. God made you an ambassador when you were such a poor boy that you had nothing. God so low that he gave. And he made us ambassadors, ladies and gentlemen, if that isn't big and wonderful, what is can we not then throw our shoulders back and declare what the Word says, in a united effort. We are ambassadors, going our shops and factories, our homes, our fields, our schools, our colleges, our universities and declare we are ambassadors.

51:11

Because we are what the Word says. I didn't work to be an ambassador, I just got to be by His mercy and by His grace. But I want you born again. God's Spirit, whether you like it or not, you're a lot, Ambassador. So tomorrow, you say, Well, God didn't do very much today. Didn't hear my prayer this morning. What kind of an ambassador Are you? That's something you know, there have been a few times. Lucky, that isn't a button. There have been a few times when I've walked in here on Sunday night. And I just physically felt like the dickens. Whatever that is. I just felt awful. But I'm confident there isn't a person in this auditorium has ever heard me declare that you have never seen me walking here on a Sunday night and say, well, the nights are miserable night. I just don't feel very good. And we're just going to have an awful time. We're gonna have to work hard to get through this. Like, you know why? A Paul, if I'd be rotting off at the knees, tonight, I would still be a lot of that. By I tell you, this thing just gets to you. Because people if you can't trust God on that word, how you're going to trust Him, and another place. When he says God so loved the world that he gave. How can you trust him on John 316? If we can't trust him on Second Corinthians, or Roman? Or First Corinthians? Or if he's How can you trust him any other place? So when he says, we our ambassador hasn't got anything to do with how I feel? No. So you know what I have to declare, I have to declare that I am what he says I am.

53:28

Even when I don't look like it. I am still is what? Remember that Scripture is holding fast. Rachel, the perfection of our faith. Is it in Hebrew? That's a good one father says look. Read it to me once we are pleased. Hebrews 10 lot Dan and read it please. session of our faith without wavering for He is faithful that Thomas hold fast to perfection. Is that what it says? The text should read confession. Hold fast to watch you confess. When are you going to confess the Word because you're going to hold fast to something you're either going to hold fast to Confession in a census realm on the negative side are you're going to hold fast to the word. You're going to confess something right. Well, why not confess what the Word says? Why confess negatives? Why confess defeat? Why confess that you're anything less than an ambassador? Why not confess what the Word says hold fast to that confession. And if you continue to hold fast to it. Pretty soon you'll feel lighter You start acting like I think most people know how I'm sort of a stickler on time.

55:12

Cleanliness, does your other minor thing. And see, I was telling Peter, I set in the way ministry at the headquarters here, I want everything up to snuff. Maybe sometimes people don't like the way I push, applies God, if I didn't voice, then somebody else let something go. Then you let a third thing go, then you let a fourth thing go. And by the time you get around to it, finally, you don't have a place that's halfway decent phrenic, God fearing people come to trust, I felt on that great 25th anniversary. I was sick at heart. It killed me almost sitting up here. I turned around all at once at this beautiful banquet. It was set fit for a king. But somebody screwed up the word they had put the candles back up here on this bargain speaker and set the cross back up. You'll remember that. And boy, when I sat up in the front, and I turned back there, I'd have given $100 If somebody that had the brains to take that off of there before that occasion started. You know why it hurts. Because we had an occasion where everything was in top order. out, you know, the average seller wouldn't bother him at all. But but that's the difference between some of us. It bothers me. And a reason it bothers me is because these little one minute things are the accuracy of God's word wouldn't tell in my soul. If those little things didn't get to me. I'm always looking for that which will do the best. And when we want a great occasion, I don't want anything out of God's nothing out somebody say well, why did you get so persnickety? Well, people if somebody doesn't get persnickety on the Word of God, that's why we haven't had it. Everybody's budget a little you know, compensating a little Emerson. Boy, you want to read an unbeliever, it's accurate description of the modern Christian read His Word on compensation, remedy. People are always compensating on this compensating. You know what happens? When you compensate, you begin to compromise. And when you start compromising, you know what's going to happen? You're going to end up not having the Word of God. But that's exactly what's happened in the denomination with churches. They had a lot of the Word of God. In the last 50 years, all they're done, compromise. All they've done is compromise. Oh, it wasn't very much. Just having a sister in the basement, not even up in the sanctuary. You know, he's not quite as bad having him in the basement. But you had him in the basement. No. Martin Luther pull his hair out if you had a lift. Man by the 1000s died once they call it, they want it to get back to the Word. But to see we compromised, then before very long, it doesn't make it either. You know how it goes. That's the dirty clothes accumulate in that corner and pretty soon accumulates in this corner. You don't say anymore. The best way to keep a house clean is to do one. Play not keep it playing. What about the word and the greatness of that word? never budge on it. I don't care what you feel like if you're born again a God's Spirit you have what the Word of God says you have. You are what the Word of God says you are. Well, you say what the Word says. Hold fast to that confession. And don't budge on it. Just don't give on because the moment you give you might as well shot the whole thing because you're already on the road down. And the quicker you get to the bottom. Maybe the faster you bounce back. So this is the greatness of God's word. Okay I'll let you go home sometime and I but I haven't had you for a whole two weeks to talk

59:51

we read this this morning in our fellowship and I just get so blessed on some of these things. verse one of chapter three. Finally, gets her all wrapped up. He says, Finally, brethren, rejoice in lots. And people, if you rejoice in anything else, you've got to be led.

1:00:14

If you rejoice in anything material or in any other individual, you're going to be left in the eye. It's wonderful to be thankful to God for wonderful individuals. thankful to God for the goodness in the hearts lives of people, but you can't rejoice in that got to be in something more permanent. God's people, both hot and cold. there for you one day and against to the next. But the word of God live at that abideth forever. That's why our rejoicing has to be in who the Lord, finally Rejoice in the Lord. Right, these things do, he says to the Philippians indeed, is not grievious at all for me. And it's a good safe thing for you. You were a dog. He didn't mean a dog. Though he's talking about these Jewish legalese, or always hopping along behind Paul's teaching of the greatness of God's word, and byton the people and you know where the bite and trying to get him, get them to jump the other way back into the legal isn't the law. So he says, Watch out for those dogs. Talking about circumcision boy. Beware of evil workers. Beware of the condition. The fellas that always carried a knife around to know when a circumcised everybody gets to go, weren't saved by grace dad carry their little old white and pocket knives or something along that verse three. Oh, that's what he says. You people just haven't got a sense of humor. You got to see a little bit worried once? Oh, sure. I get to some, some people sometimes get so mad at me because they think I'll make fun of the word. They only knew me. They'll make fun. But you people got to get to my balls, get them open. Why that word of God says a lot of worse things than I just said, if you really want me to analyze it for you, I can take the cover off. Dry. Me a little old tin can and a bucket will have a circumcision ceremony on that door the eighth day and all these other things. Right. But you get so that you know you've read the word for years, you had to be holier than thou words alive. It's vital, talking about some things right down there where they were having the fight. That he says we are of the circumcision. Or we are the circumcision, who worship God in spirit. And we rejoice in Oh, Christ Jesus. And we have all kinds of confidence in our art. Like we have lots, nope. Does that agree with the rest of the words talked about tonight. Now which is born of the Spirit of spirit that was born in the face as was and he has no confidence in the face. Because when you put confidence in that place, ladies and gentlemen, you'll end up in all kinds of legalism. Then you'll want to shove everything you've got down everybody else's throat, you're just walk around with that old knife cutting to make the dough. You always act. This is why we talk about sonship. Right? Just go to that word, which is addressed to you. And of course the greatest revelation is that he feats. Master that working to see what you are and what you have, what God has made Christ to be for you, and why he has made Christ to be in you. Work those two, and see the greatness of that thing in your life. When you do or you begin to walk with the newness of life. And this is what makes this ministry so thrilling is what makes it so exciting. Because we have nothing to criticize nobody to find fault with. We don't care particularly what anytime we care what the Word says and we try to get this to as many people as we can. If I had a vision for this ministry just for this little group of people gathered here tonight. Maybe 120 535. I don't know why this has been duck soup. You know we can do. You can all move in the Knoxville area pretty soon wouldn't take long we find a job here, there and yonder. And we all get together once or twice a week and we just fellowship and have a good time let the rest of the world go to hell. Right? Boy want to be in, huh? Want to be if I only had a vision for that little Old Believers fellowship on Thursday night here at the way headquarters just for this little area. Let's go rest of people die. What good would it be? It's got to be bigger than that because his word is bigger in this. And whenever you renew your mind on the word, you get a picture and a vision of the world. You want men and women once again to hear God's word in your community, in your town, in your area, in your state, in your country, and in the room. That's the burden in some of our hearts. That's what keeps us going. That's what burns within our soul. That's why we're making a 16 millimeter sound colored pale. Because we're looking for more work. No, but because we want to work to reach out. That's why I teach you like tonight on your son Kip writes that you can be a part of the ministry and started declaring that standing with the ministry because as you declare that you're standing with the ministries that the way represents and when you say anything less than that, you're not representing the way at all representing your way or somebody else's way but you're not representing the ways that the word talks about that we are endeavoring to acclimatized ourselves to and manifest tremendous reality.
