Victor Paul Wierwille was a Bible scholar and teacher for over four decades.
By means of Dr. Wierwille's dynamic teaching of the accuracy and integrity of God's Word, foundational class and advanced class graduates of Power for Abundant Living have learned that the one great requirement for every student of the Bible is to rightly divide the Word of Truth. In his many years of research, Dr. Wierwille studied with such men as Karl Barth, E. Stanley Jones, Glenn Clark, Bishop K.C. Pillai, and George M. Lamsa. His formal training included Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Theology degrees from Mission House (Lakeland) College and Seminary. He studied at the University of Chicago and at Princeton Theological Seminary from which he received a Master of Theology degree in Practical Theology. Later he completed his work for the Doctor of Theology degree.
Dr. Wierwille taught the first class on Power for Abundant Living in 1953.

I am confident, I am confident beyond a shadow of a doubt that my heavenly Father can at least equal what my earthly father can do anybody in disagreement with that goal now? You see, I am so convinced that I am Victor Paul. Well, if you're pinch me, I still feel like Victor Paulo where he will. And the days when I walk back from my house to the teaching center, you know, I'm still Victor Paul, where will and when I take that hunting dog for a run, I'm still Victor Paul, where will and when I sit on that motorcycle and figured out a road at 80 miles an hour, No, shut up. Don't. I'm still Victor power. It's a marvelous thing to be Victor Paul, where will you know why? Because I am the son of my father and my mother. I am their child. And I'm going to be Victor Paul. Well, how long as long as I live, well bless God, if my earthly father and mother could do this for me, and they've done it for you, too. I am confident that our heavenly Father can do just as good, if not better, as I say that, rather surreptitiously pours, but by I just know that this new birth is the greatest thing God has ever done. How a man can be dead in trespasses and sins without God without hope in the world. And then in a moment of time, to be born again of God's Spirit, filled with the power of His Holy Spirit, so that he's heaven bound, and all hail can stop him from going, boy. Now class, no one was ever born again until the day of Pentecost. No one, this teaching that you been getting through the years that Peter was a Christian, that thought that John was a Christian. That doesn't fit the accuracy of God's Word. Jesus Christ came to make the new birth available, right? He came to Redeemer, He came to save. Well, could we get saved when he was born? By his life? No. Could we could we receive why he came to make available before it was available? No. And if he had not completely paid for it, even when he died, when He ascended up into heaven? No. It says, In the light of God, that it came to pass on the day of Pentecost. That was the first time in the history of the world that something was available, which you could not have before. And it became available because Christ made it available, completely complete. This is why it acts to it says, And when the day of Pentecost was full, league come, it was full. That's where they were born again, for the first time. To be born again, means to have the seed of Christ, born within the first time I was born, I was born of the seed of my father. My father earns 12 Will. It is his seed that is in me. And the first time I was born, I was born a seed and don't do forget it. I wasn't hatched, or any of that other stuff. I was born of one thing and that's vitally important. What is it? See? And ladies and gentlemen, in the class and all the rest of you gathered here tonight, when you plant potatoes want to get on you? Law? No, you don't. Everything after it's time, the word of God says when you're planting potatoes, you're going to get potatoes. When you plant corn, you're going to get corn plant wheat, you're going to get wheat. So the first time I was born, I was born a seed. And that seed is Victor Paul, where we'll hear tonight. The second time I am born, to be born again, simply means in good English. Exactly what it says. You could not be born again had you not been born the first time. The first birth is a birth of body and soul. This is the first birth. Now if a man is born again, he's got to be born on feed. And this is why I asked you to turn to Genesis chapter three

you see you can have children by adoption Right. But you cannot put your seed into that child whom you adopt. You can only give that child your name and your money, your property, you cannot give that child see. This is why the only way really that you can have a child is to have seed. And in Genesis chapter three, in this wonderful promise right after the fall of my, it says in verse 15, and I will put enmity between the, between the and the woman, between thy seed the seed of the serpent, and her, see her seed, her seat, does woman have seed? No woman does not have the seed, it's always on the male side. seed comes from the male side. This verse here, which I have explained to the class, and we've been through before, is the first promise of the coming of the Messiah. And of course, woman not having seed, the only way it could be called her seat would be if God made it possible for a woman to have that thing. And that would be what we talk about, as the Bible talks about Mary, the mother, Jesus Christ, in Galatians, remember those feet now? In Galatians, chapter 3x, Romans Corinthians galleys chapter three verse 16, now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made, is that not and to see as many but as up to one and to die seed, which is what? Christ, there's the seed. There's the See, this is a manifested seed of Mary, that seed, which is talked about in Genesis three, which God initiated, becomes that in manifestation, Jesus Christ, he is the theme, Jesus Christ is the same. Inside Peter chapter one. You see, to be born again is to have the seed of Christ born in you, which is spirit life, spirit life. The Epistle, First John D, I say, Peter beers, all right. Then the word, First Peter, chapter one. You see, the basic life of God is spirit life. God is Spirit, and God is holy. Christ in you, Christ in you, is that spirit life within you. And it is life with a capital L, A, capital I capital F and a capital E. It is this wonderful seed born within you that seed of Christ. So if I'm born the first time, over here, body and soul or feed, and I am Victor Paul, well, if I get born again, and I get the seed of Christ in me, then I will belong to whose house, the household of God, the family of God, that common fate, remember. Now, here in First Peter, chapter one, verse 23, it says, Being born again. Born Again, not our bond, corruptible seed, not corruptible seed. The first time I was born, I was born as seed, but what kinda see corruptible seed. So when I'm born again, I'm not going to be born of what? corruptible seed. But incorruptible, incorruptible seed. The reason the word seat is deleted is because it's a figure of speech, emphasizing the incorruptibility in profitableness That was maybe about the incorruptible pneus of that seat.

Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but incorruptible, what kind of thing? incorruptible if you could lose it, it has to be one time to see if it could get the measles they'd have to be right time. to see, if you could send it away, it would have to be one time to see corruptible. Because the first time you're born, you're born incorruptible seed that you can lose. But if it's incorruptible, you cannot lose it. Because it's incorruptible thing, being born again, not of corruptible, but a incorruptible seed, by law, the word of God, it does not say by going to church, it does not say by going to Sunday school, it does not say by coming to the headquarters, it says, by the love. And this, if you hear the word of God in the church, or Sunday school or at the way headquarters, and you're not born again of God's Spirit, you can get born again of God's Spirit. But ladies and gentlemen, you've got to get the word. We've got to get the word. I'll show you later on what the Word says, why you have to get the word. Born Again, not in not a corruptible seed but incorruptible, by the Word of God, which live us and abide by our own on forever, it livers and abiertas how long, if you could lose it, it wouldn't live and abide love. So when I'm born the first time, I'm born of corruptable seed, and this seed has a termination point, there is a point when I will no longer believe and I will die. But if I'm born again of God's Spirit, then there's also another seed in me, which is Christ in you the hope of glory, and that feed is incorruptible, with limits and by the power on a man that's what the Word says. That's what it means. First, John, here's one we we can build a new denomination on if you like. I've already got 139 First John three, nine. These people always talking about being sanctified holy. We've got one here in verse nine, that they've built so much of their theology on and I do I know from the accuracy of God's word, it's inaccurate, the Lanesville it says, Whosoever. Whosoever means what I mean First John, three, nine, plain as day, whosoever. Whosoever means whosoever is born of God, if you're born of someone, you've got seed in your right. If you're born out of someone, you have seed in you, born of God does not commit sin by this is a real difficult verse For most people, but it should be real easy for you people in the club. Because if you're buying up God, who saved the avenue, God, see, and can that seed sin? No, because it's what kind of thing and corruptable But what about this seed? Can this seed sin? Sure, this seed getting sin, but not that seeds that he's talking about here, if you're born out of God, does not commit sin, commit sin, where and data with tears, love for God it that's what it's talking about. Like telling you that to the verse, for his See, God see, remain it in him, God's seed remain as any god seed remained as any, if it remains, that it remains, if you can lose it, that it will not remain, if it could get sick, it would not remain, if it could die, couldn't remain his seed remaining in him, and he cannot see it. He cannot see him where and that of which he is was born. That's what he's talking about. The first time you're born, you're born of corruptible seed. And in this scene, you can do what sin if you're born again of God's spirit and your body, soul and spirit. This in here is also seed. And in this seed, you cannot walk. See it, but in the other thing you can still say this is what they haven't understood. They thought when you got born again in this that God bless Again, it doesn't this is born the first time you're going to you got to get something brand new when you're born. Sure, first time you started came brand new. Right? The second birth, the new birth, the conversion experience salvation. To be born again to be born from above is a New Deal. You've got a new man coming in, which is Christ in you, and that is seed. And that seed is spirit and that cannot see him. That's what it's talking about. Look at it again. It says so, for his seed remain within him, and he cannot see and he cannot see because he is born of Oh, God is born of God, that seed in him the greatness now, look at John, chapter three, the goal John, Chapter three you know, my people. The reason the Gospels, so many times they have closed books to people, is because they do not rightly divide as to whom it's addressed. And they do not understand that Jesus Christ by revelation made some statements and gave some things to people talking to them regarding a situation or situations which could not have been fulfilled at that time because it was not yet available. Here in John chapter three, I have the story of Nicodemus, could nick the demons have been born again at that time? Why not? was born, the simple answer. And it's accurate. It was not available, therefore walk with Jesus doing simply instructing, simply teaching. That's like before He ascended up into heaven, according to the Gospel of John when he took the apostles apart, he breathed on them like this. And he said, received the the Holy Spirit could they have received at that time? Why not? was not available till the day of. So what was he doing? Teaching them story after story like this, in the Gospels have been entirely bypassed by the writers of the Gospels. They I mean by the theologians who work the Gospels, because they haven't seen that you can't have something before it's available. Now this is exactly what Jesus was doing here the Gospel of John sort of instructing and teaching. But the verses I want to handle tonight are from verse 15. Whosoever whosoever remember, is born a god reread a while ago from the first epistle of John, here again, whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal What if, if you could lose it, it would not be eternal. Ladies and gentlemen, this is just plain logic, just plain, sheer good common sense. You wouldn't even need the bible to prove that point. That's right. And yet all over our nation today, there are very, very few people who really believe that our heavenly Father can do more than an earthly father. Because about all the religious groups that I've ever studied with and work with, they say, Yes, God gets people born again. But if they don't walk just right, they lose their salvation. And so they get on saved the next week to get them all saved over again. Or we hold another revival and bring your campaign in twice a year. We get them all lathered up, saved over the next day to go out and sin get lost again the following year, we have a revival, good for business, but degrading to the Lord. You know, my dad fathered me once and I'm still here.

Certainly my heavenly Father, if I am his child, I'm going to be around a while. And he says very plainly, just as plain as day. Whosoever believeth in him should not want Perry. John not perish but have eternal life. It's eternal life. I know what somebody will say to you at least they've said this to me 100 time. They'll say that doctor, where will you believe in eternal security? No, I don't just smoke that your pipe? No, sir. Don't ever even mentioned those words around me. You know why you're gonna buy securities down here at the bank. They even back them up with all the government money in the United States, which means yours of mine. I don't believe in eternal security. I believe in eternal life. That's what the word says. That's what it means, and had God men security and nobody said, security. He didn't mean security he meant was eternal life. So you say what the Word says? You just say what the Word says. He says eternal life, not of God's wrong we go down with the ship, but I'll bet you God is no. It's what kind of life eternal life it's not eternal security. Its eternal life. And if it's eternal, its eternal, and of its life, its life. Why have we had so many problems with it? Because everybody wants to degrade the greatness of what God wrought in Christ. Do. They always want to be literally so that they can raise themselves up by their bootstraps, and make themselves bigger? Why not just let the word sevens praise the Lord for what he did? Why not just accept what he made available? And go on your way rejoicing with an effervescence and with our flow with your soul man like you've never had before? What I'm in favor do with? Like a very 16 For God so loved or who did the loving? Hey, man, I didn't. I did. Neither did you. Remember, my old friend Rufus Mosley used to say, we never send a delegation to heaven to plead with God to send Jesus Christ down because we needed him so badly here. Because we were in such a poor shape down here, we couldn't get a delegation together we want it to. I didn't do any of the loving God. So love, love, God, so love that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever I liked that whosoever you know why whosoever means what? That means I can get it. Well, that's got it means you can get into whomsoever means whosoever, ladies and gentlemen, he didn't put the criteria on it, where you have to be head of the church body, or react to be an elder or you have to have a certain amount of money. All you need is the Lord Jesus Christ if you're not born again and whosoever that's it. Oh, bless God, that doesn't make any difference how high up the ladder you slit or how far down you find that? Got it backwards, didn't I for you? Now you remember. You know, our God will be able to do this for whosoever. That's why nobody in my class ever gets Miss Nova. When I teach these classes on power for fun at living, nobody gets missed. Because everybody in the class gets born again a god spirit who isn't born by that time they get born again. And everybody gets failed with the Holy Spirit. And everybody speaks in tongues, interprets moves on. Why not? Is God a respecter of person? Whosoever will, will bless God, you will learn Ephesians chapter two. You see this the kind of life is yours when we are born again. He Feagins chapter two, verse five, it says, But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love, were with the loved us, verse five, even when we were dead, in what? Sins right here, in this one, we were just body and soul. We were dead in sin. But God is great and mercy. He has quickened us, Quicken means to make alive. We talk about quick people, but they're alive people who have quickened us together with price by Grace here saved.

Look at verse eight, for buy great grace rd saved through one night. and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God. It's a gift from God. Salvation is a gift from God. If you could work for it, it would not be a lot. Right? If you could labor for it, it wouldn't be a gift. And by most of the people that I've seen We say that as they work so hard for it, it's unbelievable. I have seen them come down to the altar and stay there for an hour and a half, cry that eyeballs out. And then finally they get up and say I got a no feeling I'm saying you don't get saved by confessing you're saying that we get saved because by grace or he's rot saved, confession of sin is works. Or two. I tried it so hard. I was taught the same stuff, you know, I didn't know I was born again, born again for many years. But then somebody came along and said I wasn't. So I got the doctor, whether it was you know, that already went through the schools. So they taught me that the best way to get rid of your SIM is to get yourself some paper and write down all your sins. And then get yourself another paper and write down all your good qualities. So I got busy. And I forget now how it all ended up on I had oodles of papers with sins on it, and I had less than a half a paper with any good points.

Then I happen to think about some wonderful logic. If salvation is a gift, if it's a gift, and then I get it because I confess my sin, then it cannot be a gift that I earned. I work for it because I confess my sin, sin is works. And then I'm saved by works and not the base. Been another logical thing in my mind. And that was manda fella, that's the biggest sinner, they don't get the biggest salvation. You know, he got 1000 sins, you'll get 1000 pounds of salvation and fell on and committed trio he only gets three ounces of salvation. Real by sheer logic, by sheer logic, try. So I thought this whole thing come from the accuracy of God's word which I expect to be sharing with you yet. But here's how I was saved by grace, not worse. Here's the man. Let's say he's 25 years old. He gets saved tonight. He's 25 years old. Now his salvation is dependent upon the confession of sin. How many years did my t recall 25. My daughter, Mary. Maybe that a person who's 25 years old has maybe committed to things a year on the average. Giving 50 I'll bet there isn't a person in my auditoriums tonight. 25 years old, same time, say who could live 50 of the thing.

Alright, so let's say he come in at the deep end couldn't remember why he can only remember. If salvation is dependent upon the confession of sin, and He forgets one, he would want to always remain unsaid. This is deadly teaching that we get out of the United States come and confess your sin. You know where to get it from jail from a scripture in the gospel, not addressed at all. When I felt I was standing when he said I pay my tithes. I do all this. And I never thought it was standing up in front of us patting myself on the back because God be merciful to be a sinner. Remember the standard and so we teach everybody come down and confess your sins. Ladies and gentlemen, confession of sin doesn't get you saved. It doesn't get too boring again. You gotta confess the Savior, Jesus Christ if you're gonna get born again. confession of sin. We'll talk about it tomorrow night. Maybe it'll come up. Don't worry. We're going to get to confession. So if you want to confess I'll get you there sooner or later. But never in an Uber. Never in the new birth. Because you don't confess the Savior. You don't confess your Then you confess the Savior from sin, the Lord Jesus Christ. Otherwise you get it by work. And we're not saved by works. As it says here, we're saved by grace, through faith and that out of yourself, it's the guilt from God, not a word. And I repeat that for the third time in this chapter, why in the world can't we believe God's work and quit working so hard believing, not of works, lest any man Shut up, versus paying For we are His. That first time I'm born again. I'm I'm born, whose workmanship am I? My father's, but I am born again. I am again the workmanship of my heavenly Father. That's what it says. That's what it means. Now, people after Pentecost, the natural man is still just body and so he is spiritually dead. Legally, this man of body and soul belongs to who? Satan has absolute rights over him. He controls them right down the line. Because legally and upon me when I say legally, I mean that just exactly that. Now, God recreates the dead man, this is dead. Man is just body and soul, no spirit life, he's dead in here. So God, in order to put something in here has to do one thing what he's got to create, he made has never been there before. He has to create. And that's exactly what he does in the new birth. He has to create the dead man spiritually by creating a new spirit within him. And this new spirit with God created him is again God's own life, which is eternal life. Romans 10.

Robbing Stan look at verse nine. if thou shalt confess with timeout, I know you're going to confess the Savior pharmacy have confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in thy heart, that God has raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be what? St. Paul with the heart, man believeth under righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made. undo what? Salvation? Now? How is it possible them for a man dead in sins, a man of just Body and Soul dead in trespasses. And debt means what? That means you haven't got anything there. You see, the teaching theologically is that everybody has the potential. Everybody has a spark of the divine within that all you have to do is panic button a lot environment fan out a little bit. And that spark will brighten up. If that is true. If If a man has physically one spark of life left, he is not yet dead. I read the Word of God says that this man is dead. He means what? There is not one ounce of life. There is no life at all. Now believe they've had these theological arguments, and all these doctrines and theology regarding it, because they've never understood how a man a body and soul gets born again. They don't understand the new birth that's given here in the accuracy of God's word, what your responsibility is to get born again. So how is it possible then? Well, by his words, the Bible, literally Romans 10 Verse 17. So then, faith, faith. Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Reader's Digest. lightworker time Saturday evening boasts religious journal, denominational periodicals, no 1000 times No. Faith cometh by hearing and hearing one thing what? The Word of God. Now we hear a lot of things. That question is the word of God without being the Word of God, you can never get born again. You may get the feeling but feel oneness. Films are coming, class, but the Word of God live with and abide forever. And as I've shown you from the accuracy of God's word, you don't feel spirit you don't smell it, you don't taste it, you don't touch. Anything that you can feel, smell, taste or touch has to be in the category of the five senses. God is one. If you think you can feel God, reach out and get yourself a handful. Know why, because of the great laws of God, God is Spirit. And you can only KNOW GOD, spiritually, things of the natural world can be known by the five senses, the things that have to be known via the spirit. Faith gullible, hearing, faith God by hearing their two words in the Bible, at least two but these two I'm concerned about Now, regarding the word hearing, the one must be applied to some of that soap that makes you clean, clear through what goes in here and goes out there that some people hear it here and go, don't you know about soap that makes you clean? Clear through. That's what I was used to go in here and go out there he was playing player through. Faith cometh by hearing. The word hearing that used here in Romans means you hear it here, and you believe it. You believe I can hear now look at what I've taught you before in taking you from the accuracy of God's Word.

This man is the man the natural man. He called the carnal man. But he gets his information by the five senses. And this man can do one thing. He can believe because everything is in the category, the mind, the mind. The man walking on the street isn't born again of God's Spirit. He's got a mind. Right? Now he can delay now during one So then faith cometh by hearing by Gary. And people you're hearing here, you're here. And you believe my child says it comes. I didn't write the book. But that's what he says. I understand. You hear it? You believe it up here. And God has to do something. God has to go into operation. They've got it by hearing and hearing covered by the word or according to the Word of God. You see, you can find God anywhere, or be found at him anywhere, but you be found and you'll find him. When you meet the requirements of God's Word. You'll have to confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord. And believe God raised Him from the dead thou shalt be what? That's what he said. Then how does a man of body and soul who is dead here? How does this man get born again? So that he is again body soul and spirit. Thank God by hearing, hearing by the word now show it to an actual man of body and soul. I don't believe in anything. You know, just good old Joe. Why am I drink with the boys? I do everything else. Not a bad thing. Never cheat anybody to get a good job. But I'm still dead. No, nobody even you know spirit lights in here. But I've got a mind I can hear I can believe the one night I'm walking along. And they're not building somebody is rented behind the public square. They're bringing in some bullies from the street to you know, have a little bit too much of their own spirit. They're bringing them in, give them a little bit of coffee, sheltering them up and a few other minor things. And lo and behold, I'm walking along down. I haven't been just on the wagon all my life either, you know. So I go by and as I walk by that old preacher, preacher. He isn't talking about Reader's Digest life book or time or he's reading and I hear that I hear and when I hear I can do one thing what I decided Why I begin to believe in God begins to do well, I go along for another two weeks. Sunday morning. My grandpa used to belong to such and such a denominational church and it's beginning to get to me and I thought I was doing well. Maybe I ought to get Jesus maybe out again. So I better my great choir Lawson roll down well done. Oh, no, this is great paid choir, you know, you have to pay him the same and the congregation gets paid for not seeing. So just great service. The fella gets up in mind this morning, Nick that is quoted line by line from extra stuffy Shakespeare. do minor things from Freud. And if you don't mind, we'll learn from Schleiermacher in a few minutes to the ball. Man intellectually, that's terrific. And I sit back and I say, my is not boy, Brady. That sounds really good. And I walk out the door and he shake my hands and walk me by what's happened on the inside. Not one blasted thing. Because faith doesn't come by intellectualism. Faith cometh by the word of God. So I go on my way, I haven't gotten anything feel good up here. But still empty down here. Well, I move along. I get in with a group of people, there are only three of them there. And they were on the ball, a million people that are only three, he's leading the prayer meeting of his Bible study, just due to an IRA there, that's all. And while he's there, he's right down on that word board, any fire to that, you know, lovingly, just teach you that I could fit in. He says to me, this is what he says this is what he that he says to me, God, mathematical, scientific position. For it's a gift to God, he goes right down the line, you're I am. I hear I hear it. And when I watch God do that it's time to build something. I try to come up and down the back while you're responsible and want to go the place where you hear the words down. That's the same as ladies and gentlemen, they get paid, they have no eternal life, they have their operation. And life is pretty blessed. To be an eternity is a lot longer. I tried. Last god, that's something one day I go back to another one of the meeting. And then I hear more of the way to God. And as I hear more, God begins to build something in here. You know, you know what he builds? First, a little bit of little, like a little seed in here. You know, when my daddy and my mommy got together there was a little sperm and an egg. Remember that physically. That's how I got here the first time, aha, this time permeates this egg. And then it starts to enlarge, enlarge. And finally it's me.

The Lord Jesus, confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus doesn't say confess your sins, it can says confess the Savior from sin. The Lord Jesus has been the Lord in my life up until this time, I have tried. I've been part of the first part, second part, the third part and all the rest apart. But now I'm going to confess a change of Lordship. I'm going to confess Jesus Christ as my Lord. He now is going to become the party of the third party. I become the party of the second part. I change lordships before I land the zoo. Now I'm going to confess and I'm going to let him run the show, according to the accuracy of his work. It's a confession. It's not a confession of sin. It's a confession of chip ladies. That's what he says. That's what he thinks. So I confess with my mouth Jesus has lowered in my life. And what else does that verse say I have to do and believe, can I be sure I am still a natural nanobodies. I believe in my heart. The heart is the seat of the Personal life In this verse. I believe with all of my being with every fiber of my being, I believe. I believe that Jesus Christ was the greatest teacher, no matter no know that he belonged to my denomination. No. Believe within the MMOs or your being that God did one thing raised him from the day that God raised Him from the dead. There have been some great men in the history of society. And that was out some time when after you die, get saved. But I was taught you never know if you're going to go to heaven until you get it. But when the guy did a hell of a mess, if he found out he was at the wrong place that's remarkable how stupid we can get about spiritual things. And how absolutely logical we are when it comes to the kind of energies the greatest things in our spiritual destiny with some time so stupid people.
