Victor Paul Wierwille was a Bible scholar and teacher for over four decades.

By means of Dr. Wierwille's dynamic teaching of the accuracy and integrity of God's Word, foundational class and advanced class graduates of Power for Abundant Living have learned that the one great requirement for every student of the Bible is to rightly divide the Word of Truth. Thus, his presentation of the Word of God was designed for students who desire the in-depth-accuracy of God’s Word.

In his many years of research, Dr. Wierwille studied with such men as Karl Barth, E. Stanley Jones, Glenn Clark, Bishop K.C. Pillai, and George M. Lamsa. His formal training included Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Theology degrees from Mission House (Lakeland) College and Seminary. He studied at the University of Chicago and at Princeton Theological Seminary from which he received a Master of Theology degree in Practical Theology. Later he completed his work for the Doctor of Theology degree.

Dr. Wierwille taught the first class on Power for Abundant Living in 1953.

SUMMARY KEYWORDS: resurrection, God, Christ, raised, resurrected, return, dead, life, revelation, death, die, scripture, body, church, born, man

I want you to take your Bibles tonight and turn to First Corinthians chapter 15. Thank you, Rhoda. Thank you, Doris. The greatest reality in the Word of God is the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. And the other great reality is His resurrection. You know, when the shepherd, when the shepherd first went to see this Christ child, when he was born in Bethlehem, and laid in a manger, they came back and they reported some of the things that had occurred. And the scripture says, The people simply wondered at what the shepherds reported, they wondered about it. The same thing is true about the return of Christ the second time when he came the first time that people wondered about it. And they went on talking with their current events. It didn't change that. They just wandered. And they went on with their current events, talking about their taxes, their commerce, and their politics. With his first coming, what's his name? So renewed, had just instituted a tax, remember. And so when these people reported about the shepherd, reported about the Christ child being born, his first coming, that people simply wanted, they kept talking about their taxes, kept talking about their current events, happening about their commerce, about their politics. And that's it same thing is true today regarding the return of Christ, His Second Coming, which will include the resurrection in First Corinthians 15. And in First Thessalonians, chapter four, verses 13, to 18. And chapter five, one through 11. And in Second Thessalonians, chapter two, verses one to three, you have some of the greatest foods and realities regarding this, that I want to share and teach with you that the hope of Christ return is today almost obliterated by theological garb. And by modern church teachers. The thing that all of us have lived under, and have been taught is that we are going to build the kingdom.

02:54

And if we are going to build the kingdom, if we're going to build the kingdom, then we do not need the resurrection for Christ's return.

03:02

I believe it's the failure of the hope of Christ's return in the church that has caused so much misunderstanding about His death, His resurrection, and everything Christ accomplished for us. And there are very, very few people, deeply spiritual people that you can speak today to today, who have a great hope for Christ's return. Most people hope he doesn't come yet. Most people hope that he'll wait another 500 years or 200 years, at least, wait long enough, Lord until I die, don't come now. I mean, this is the attitude that has permeated the hearts and lives of people. And when you talk to them about the hope of Christ's return, instead of building believing in them, it builds fear in the reason it builds fear in them is because of the long teaching that they've had. And because there are very few people who know anything about the resurrection, and they have no hope for Christ's return, because they do not know what it will bring. The other phase that has been most misunderstood and most has been the remission of sins and the forgiveness of sin. People do not understand they're standing in their state with Christ and in God, and failing to understand their standing and their state with God. They naturally put do nothing but to teach that we are going to build the kingdom. And people again, let me say if you and I are going to build the kingdom, then there is no sense in the king's return. There is nothing to our Gospel, then we are past prophets. We are believing wrongly, and the power of God that we're supposed to manifest is not regnant within us, and we have nothing to give to our day. And who already do you people remember from Matthew, I believe it's the 15th chapter, where the subject of the resurrection is the discussion. And Jesus says pointedly to the people, you do earth, not knowing what does Scripture, nor the power of First Corinthians 15, is a great chapter on the resurrection, and the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. And again, I would like to say that we are today regarding the resurrection, and the return of Christ, because of our lack of knowledge of the light of God. We are not knowing the Scriptures. And secondly, we are not knowing the power of God. In God, remember this chapter, you'll know it very well. Jesus said, Let not your heart be less troubled. You believe in God, believe Oh, so it may, In my Father's house are many times I go to prepare a place for you. Now look, he says, and if I go, I will come again, and receive you unto Myself that where I am, ye may Allah, right. That's what it says. That's what it means. But we have been taught just the opposite. You know, what we have really been saying, in our accident in our lives is so proud, Chris, we have said, Lord, you don't need to come for me, I'm going to die and come to you. That's what we've been VAPA that's exactly what we've been believed. We have been teaching and believing that what that scripture says in Johnny, if I go, I will come again, I will come again. And I will receive you that where I am, ye shall be Oh, so we have said love that can't be because I want to die. And I'm coming to you. Not that you're coming from me. I'm coming to you. People that they can't both be right. That's why I said to you at the beginning today, that the hope of Christ return is almost obliterated in our modern day and age. This air regarding the return of Christ, the resurrection, all of these matters that I want to deal with tonight, crept into the church very, very early, you'll find that they're already in the church, in the record recorded in First Corinthians 15.

08:08

In verse 12. Now it's pricey priest that He rose from the dead. I will say some among you that there is no resurrection of the luck. There were people living at that time. Who immediately responded to the madness, three of the apostle Paul and the revelation God had given him by teaching that there is no resurrect this thing was not just in Palestine, but it was in Jesus. Remember the Sadducees believe that there is no lot resurrects. The same type of truth is given in Timothy in Second Timothy chapter two, verse 17. And that word will eat us up the canker of whom is Hymenaeus and by Lee's latest, who concerning the truth of Earth, saying that the resurrection is passed already and overthrow the faith or the believing? Not only did they say there is no resurrection, but another group said the resurrection is already that's why said, our knowledge regarding the hope of Christ's return the resurrection in so far, is almost obliterated. They use our teeth there is no resurrection, or they teach it's already over with you know, in done in the Gospel of John Chapter Six, you better turn to this record. John chapter six Verse 39. I'm concerned about the greatness of this resurrection and what it does for the individual believers. Verse 39, this is a father as well. These are speaking here, and now we're gonna learn the father's well, who has sent me that of all which he has given me, I could lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last one day, if they're already up there with you, or if there is no resurrection, or if it's already over, then what about that Scripture is going to raise people up at the last day, verse 40. And this is the will of him that says, this is his will, that everyone will be as the son and believeth on him may have everlasting life, and I will raise him up at the last last day, verse 34, No man can come to me, except the Father, which has sent Me draw him. And I will raise him up at the last day in verse 50, for that same chapter, it's a remarkable truth, that third time in the same chapter, these tremendous through the peer, whosoever eateth my place and drink of my blood, have eternal life. And I will raise him up at the last but not wonderful. I think one of the greatest comforts that must have ever been given, do any are still given, but it was a greatest conference that was given to any family by Jesus Christ was that time when he appeared at the home of Mary and Martha and Lazarus, and you remember, Lazarus had been buried.

11:53

And Jesus said, to, I think it's Martha or Mary, I forget who said it.

12:02

It's in the Gospel of John, here's just a page or two over God 11. That is a marker that trust. He said it tomorrow, verse 23, Jesus said unto her, die, brothers shall rise again. He was dead, he was dead. And Jesus declared that wonderful message, that he shall rise again. And the greatness of that 24th Verse is almost unbelievable today that Martha understood it. He said unto him, I know that he saw rise again, in the reverse, at the last but not a tremendous fruit. But the message that broke my heart there from John is that, that the word teaches that there's going to be a rising a resurrection in that last day. The word taught in the Old Testament, that there was a date coming when this place would be born, In Bethlehem of Judea. When the people when he was born, the humble shepherds were the only ones who heard the word and believed and went over to see. And when they reported it back to people under that people I say to you, he came the first time. And he's coming back the second time that people read this word, they wonder it, they go on with that current events, talking about their taxes, their politics, their houses, their farms, and land, but no hope further returns. All at once, before you know it, it'll be here. The rest of them will just wonder about an endless resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. We have the greatest reality and truth of our resurrection and the things that you and I are going to have. This subject of the resurrection cloud is holy by revelation. No man can tell you anything about the resurrection, except the Lord from heaven and His words. That's what I'm trying to say is very plain. You cannot go by any thing that man says, regarding the resurrection or light era. You can only go by the revelation from heaven, the Lord Jesus Christ and His words, that's all because of man's feet, basically, regarding the afterlife is nothing but the teachings of men and women possessed by devils spirits. Then there, let's insert these no guarantee for truth. Man can tell us nothing about the resurrection or the coming of the Lord, or what we will be like in the afterlife. That's why it works like you see, bowed out across the country. Death, an afterword by a very prominent author, today's title of death and afterwards. There she tells what's going to happen afterwards. Or you can come back, or you can know all of those things. How does she know? She knows not that she got all of our information from devil spirit, instead of from the Lord from heaven, the Lord Jesus Christ and His words, people, the only thing any man can know about the resurrection, the return of Christ, and what kind of people were going to be when he returned, he has some the record in the way to God, that's all you can know. Man can tell us not a lot of rope survival after death. He knows nothing about it. He hasn't been there. And he doesn't accept the revelation of the Lord, as the only role of faith and practice that gets devil spirits again. They talk about immortality of the soul. All it comes from the same source. What can they tell us? They can tell us nothing but lies, taught by Devil spirits propagated by Devil spirits, to take God's very aleck, and if possible, to turn them so that they will not understand normally. And it's the hope of the resurrection. That is the great emphasis that the light of the Christian believer is eager. And now turn to Corinthians 15.

16:44

Other brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and were in us, fans, by which also ye are saved, if you keep in memory, what I preached unto you, unless you have believed in vain, and the people believe in vain, when they do not accept that ministry, which God gave us, and the word that he preached, all the other, believing you, then they are I delivered unto you, first of all, that which I also received, all that Christ died for our sins, according to law, and that he was burned. And that he arose again, that third day, according to the script, and that he was seen a C fast, then as a 12. After that, he was seen of above, beyond 500 Brother, and at one of whom the greater part remain under the present. But some are honestly, after that. He was seen a James, then of all the luck, the best proven facts, in reality in life is the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. Can you imagine man like John, and Paul hazarding their life for someone who has really not been raised from the dead? And you might imagine the mark of those 11 or 12 men down across the country, or the country with a record of the word within them that Christ is raised, if Christ had not been resurrected? Why would they have wanted to endorse such suffering and persecution? But laughter, such scorn, but the writing advice really not been resurrected from the dead? But it's the greatest proven reality that he was. That day when Christ was resurrected from the dead, oh, gruesome. Do that open to to look in for themselves. The leaders of all Judaism knew it. The Roman leaders knew it, the Christian believers knew it. And so the revelation of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ is the greatest approved reality in the world today. And last of all, very safe, he said, he was seen me also as one, born out of a few times, where I am the least of the apostles, that are not meaning to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. Verse 10, but by the grace of God, I am what I am. And his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain, but I laboured more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me, therefore, whether it was I or they, so we preach, and so US dollar price be preached that he rose from the dead, I will say something on you, there is no resurrection of the dead. If there be no resurrection of the dead, then he has priced, not luck. And if prices are not risen, then our preaching is in vain and your faith your believing is also in vain. Verse 15, and we are bound up witnesses of God who prays, okay? Because we have testified of God, that He raised up Christ, whom he raised that up, if so be that the dead, rise not her. If the dead rise not, then is not price raised. And if Christ be not raised, your faith is made, you also are ye are yes, in your sin, then they also which are fallen asleep, in price are very, if in this life only, we have hope, inside. Evil, that's a tremendous verse, even this life only, we have hope in Christ, we have men, most miserable. But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the first fruit of them that was left or sent by man, out of a death by man, right Jesus came out. So the resurrection from the dead. For as in Adam, oh, insights shall be made up then comes its great revelation, but every man in his own order. word order is a is a military turns, rank 123 orders that verse starts the whole great proof of that this chapter sets the board

21:43

in Adam all by because the next Romana body and so which will always is called place will always be one place, and that man has not written any death. And all men are going to die with an exception, which will be little later on, which is the mystery. But it if God didn't do something that everybody would have to die. But that second part of that verse is also literally true. In Christ, everybody's going to get up. Everybody's going to get up both the good and the bad. Whether they liked it or whether they both like they're going to get up. It's just a matter of in their order in the order. Now the question I want to raise tonight is how are people raised up? How are they raised? I want to give you the theories that are propounded, and have been propounded among people for centuries regarding how people are raised up. There is a theory in the resurrection called the identity theory, IBM tip identity theory. These people think that when God raises them up, the cripples will be raised triple the babies will be raised babies. The people with poor eyesight get raised with poor eyesight. This is why this is what the Mohammed police, among others believes. This is why a Mohammed will never allow himself to have a leg amputated for instance, or an arm because he is afraid that when he has raised again, he'll come without that arm or without that leg. This is what is called the identity theory of the resurrection. There is also a second theory that people have propounded and I told you long ago, the only thing you can know about the resurrection in the return of Christ is what's the word give? All man's words are is nothing but I'm just telling you some of the men's words tonight that have turned so many heads and tickle so many palettes are something that people have Balaam and they have succumb to instead of the word about there is what they call the germ theory. Teaching that there is within every person, a certain substance in the human body. A group one group teaches that this is in a certain bone in your arm. And other group teaches that this substance is in the ribs. This term theories teaching regarding substance in the human body is that where wherever the substance is located, it cannot be destroyed. And when the Lord returned, it is that substance within that body which Again, revitalizing. The third theory regarding the resurrection is called reincarnation, the reincarnation theory. The reincarnation theory is that there's only this spiritual life which man has, and therefore it's just one debris, the body means nothing anyway, therefore, it's it just reincarnate itself into another body, when this body is gone, and then into a third body. And of course, as all of you people know, started my advanced classes, this is nothing but devil spirits, who occupy a person's body, and then when that body dies, they jump into another body. And then they say, well, in the other life, I was so and so now, I'm reincarnated here. This reincarnation theory is basically believed by all Eastern religions and possible. But first theory is of regarding how we are raised is called the spiritual body theory. This is the, the teaching of the Swedenborg, in group or to them the Swedenborg, you're in group to that, when you die, there is a spiritual body inside of you. And at the moment of your death, or sometimes even a little bit, sometimes, a little after biological death. This spirit body evolves from the physical body, and goes that.

26:45

That is that all of these contradicts the Word of God. Just like in the second chapter of Genesis, where the scripture or third chapter where the devil declared, Thou shalt not surely die, same thing, all teachings that you really do not die, but that you are alive. Now in the Protestant, folk out Christian Church, many believe these theories, which I've said before, and of course, they propound, that when you die, you're really not dead. You grew up to be what the Father real pronto, and so forth, which is just as great as theory and eras, any that has ever been proposed. In Revelations, the 20th chapter, I think you ought to look it up, keep your finger in Corinthians, we'll be back. Revelation, the 20th, tap. And those of you who have any knowledge of God's word, we all know that there have been some tremendous things happening upon the earth, before the record of the plenty of chapters of Revelation comes to pass. And bear in this record, in Revelation 20, verse five, but the rest of the dead lives not again, until that 1000 years were finished. This is the first resurrection. This is the first resurrection. If this is the first resurrection, then 10, there have been technically a resurrection before I know that this would not be what the first. This is the first resurrection. And this is the resurrection that Matthew talks about as being the resurrection of the just after, after this comes the second resurrection, which the Gospels talk about, which is the resurrection of the was the unjust. So there are technically you'll see the second resurrection, in essence, in the 14th verse of the 20th Chapter, And death and hell were kept in the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast in the lake of fire. And I saw a new heaven and a new earth. In the resurrection, it's always new. There is not a remaking of something. Oh, it's always new.

29:50

Talk about the earth that heaven we have now. God's not going to revamp the Earth is not going to revamp the Heaven. We're going to have When he comes in after he comes a new heaven, add a lot. You're not a reworked one, not a refactor one, but a brand spanking new heaven and a new earth, the church, to have a resurrection, technically, that you have to be dead. And that's the mystery we're going to see in Corinthians after this, that the church is never completely dead. There is always somebody living was not die, the believer born again a God Spirit, who is living who has not died. Therefore, now listen, I'll give you the sharp lines of demarcation. And then we'll work that after this. I a believer in the church. If I died tonight, and price change, tomorrow, technically, my body would have to do up resurrection, resurrection, my body, because I am dead would have to be resurrected. But there are others like you, then that would be living tomorrow. And if Christ came tomorrow, your bodies could not be resurrected, for they have not died. Therefore, when he uses that regarding the church, he never talks about the church being resurrected. He talks about that shirt being raised. That shirt being raised, the dead in Christ shall arise. And we which are alive and remain at the coming of the Lord shall not precede those who have died or vice versa, but we are gathered together with him. However, what shall they be like when they come is another question people have asked, What shall we be like when he comes? Well, first John. Chapter Three, or chapter three, verse two, the love of dialogue with the sons of God. And it does not get up here what we validate that we know that when he shot up here, we shall be like Him. We saw Ben V walk like him, or we shall see Him as He is. That's the key. We shall be like Him. People down through the centuries of as well while a price returns were gathered to gather the data raised. Those who are alive are saying, well, what kind of a body are we going to have? What are we going to look like? Well, I know my grandmother, will I know my wife will I know if my children will I be no. I said to you tonight, you have no knowledge of the subject except the revelation given an award. All speculation ceases when you go to the words. And unless you go to the word you will have nothing but speculate. You'll have one theory after another. And theories are absolutely worth when it comes to the truth, or it is God's word which is truth. And the scripture says that when he comes that we shall be rock like him. What does that do to the identity theory? What does it do to the germ theory? What's the do to the reincarnation theory? What's the do to the spiritual body theory? It's not fit all into our podcast, and makes it the lives of men, which are inspired but I will assert that that's that's true says we shall the Watts like him. Well, that was the like, we're going to be like this. Then what was he like? Then go to the word 24.

34:31

Matthew, Mark Luke Luke 24. Verse 39, and people that are teaching here tonight on a federal a lot of questions in the hearts and lives of our people. And a lot of questions ought to be answered for the people listening by You'll save has the same problem. Everybody has asked time and time again. What if there is a resurrection? How are they going to do this? Secondly, what am I going to be like? Or the Scripture says, we're going to be like him? Well, then all we do is go to the Word and find out what he was like, then we know that there's going to be like, you're in the 39th birth, the hold my hands, MLS. You said this to the women after his resurrection, that it is I myself, handle me and what? Oh, what shall we we like it will be able to be handled by a spirit have not lost flesh and bone, as you see the truck. So he had place and look at what he says that's what it means. He said, handle me and say, What shall we be like? Like, there's one. Look at the 42nd verse. And they gave him a piece of brown face, and a lot. And he took it and deadlock before we shall be like Him. There is a description. Now he has something about this body, what it's like in the Gospel of John Chapter 20. He was on the road to Emmaus. And that same day, that same after supper period, verse 19, that same day of evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were set, where the disciples were assembled for fear to do, came and stood in there lock. The doors were last shot, or fear of that. And yet, he came in and stood in there at he stepped under them peace, the idea that will we be like, we shall be like Him, we shall be like Him in the 27th verse of this tremendous chapter. Then says he'd atomic retailer dial up, and behold my lab and retailer by hand and trusted in my side, and be not a faceless black lab. Then they'll start has the trust of the start in his sight. These were visible, and he could put his hands in the nail prints, what are we going to be like? We shall be like Him. In Romans chapter web. And the players talking about Jesus Christ declared, made no extra Gomez declared to be that son of God with hearts, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from that is the thing that declared Jesus Christ to be the Son of God was that God raised Him from the dead, Romans one for the resurrection of the dead. Jesus Christ resurrection is the proof that He was the Son of God. Amen. And people. That's almost unbelievable. That is true. Because of all the wonderful people that ever lived, of all the great religious leaders that ever moved them on that basis amongst the faces of man here upon us, of all the wonderful things that there is only one who was ever resurrected from the dead. And the resurrection from the dead. Was that which declares, may know that he was then and was the Son of God. And this is the only thing that will make it No. Was it Romans eight Romans eight First 90 Are the earnest expectations of the creases, waited for the manifestation of the sons of God. And the word manifestation here is the revealing the resurrection of the sons of God. The earnest expectation of every creature, waiting for the manifestation of the son of Jesus Christ was declared to be a son of God because of resurrection. So the earnest expectation of the creature waited for the manifestation of the sons of God, and the manifestation of the sons of God can only be because of one thing to resurrect itself. In second Corinthians chapter four.

41:06

Second Corinthians chapter four, verse 14, knowing that he would raise up the Lord Jesus, God raised up us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you. Verse 15, and I want you to note these tremendous fruits here because it's just one figure after another. The word for puts that in correspondence with that would precede verse 15 begins with a word for verse 16, begins with a word for verse 17, begins with a word for verse he should begin with the word for, and verse one of chapter five begins with the word for that's it all in correspondence. Let me read it to you one. Things are for your sake. That's the abundant grace might through the Thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of what God For which cause we faint not very 70 for our lightest flicks, it is but for a wet bar, we look not at the things which are seen, but the things which are not seen. For we know verse one of chapter five, that is our earthly house of this temple. No, of this tabernacle were dissolved. We have not we hope, we maybe we got it people, we have our building of God, and house and house that made with hand eternal MLS. Why? Because the very sorting, knowing that he was raised up the Lord Jesus Christ, shall also raise us up by Jesus, and shall present us with you. That's why all these fit together. Back to First Corinthians 15. That shall we be like it's a complete transforming. It is a manifestation of the sons of God. That transfiguration of Jesus on the Mount of Transfiguration as we referred to it is a very wonderful illustration of that we shall be like in many respects, I have the time to work, it always is technically a re creation. It is technically a re creation. You know, people when we came the first time when we were born, we're born out the place. We're born of our parents. When we came the first time, the laws of God had been so set that Luke came like do you know someone? Are you known by someone? Do you have lived and our father than not, who has set these laws for our first coming? Make it so that in the gathering together in the resurrection, we shall have a new body that says like country is very exciting, and that we shall know even him even as we are up This does not seem to me to be a death because it seems to me to be a glorious reality, a wonderful truth, something that ought to do for us what it did for the first century Christians, they always had an expectation for the return of Christ, they were looking for it all the time. They expected it to happen. And they were hoping it would come that this kind of message today falls almost on deaf ears across our nation. Or we're not hoping for his return. We're looking for a great society put together by a man or woman. We're looking for any of Utopia, when men can be lazy and do nothing and reap all the benefits. That people is a contrary to the laws of God and the laws of the universe, the laws of society, and everything.

46:02

Only our God and bring to pass that was the word record. And it's only our God who can do and will do what he says, Now we're going to read what he says, sub tree. Every man verse 23, in his own lot, artists, dice the first dice the first. If anybody else is up ahead of Christ, and Christ is not full of it, if he liked us is upset, and bow. And enough, then I can not fill up. Amen. And we had just read little while ago, in Adam all die, added Hebrew. You'll remember that chapter. I've read it to you many times. Bless your heart, some of you that have forgotten it a better read it again. Hebrews chapter 11. Verse 13, after it had listed all these great men, including Dino, it said, these are rap, die, these are die. They were not taken by Heaven. They were not dropped along the way. These are by First Corinthians it says, foreign Adam allowed. This is why in Hebrews 11, we could have hid this scripture in a while ago, in verse 35, women received their dead raised to life again and others were being tortured, not accepting, delivering, that they might obtain a better last resurrection, the better resurrection, the better one, there are only two resurrection. The first one is the resurrection of the death. And that is the better resurrection of Hebrews 11. The second one is the resurrection of the unjust, that's not the better one, no good, still resurrect. Now, afterwards, afterwards, back to Corinthians 1523. Afterwards, they that are Christ, at all whip is coming as the tech every man in his own order, Christ the first afterwards, they that are faced with is coming. Then Thomas the watts, and after all of this come the end and the word there is payload. The end of the end, it is not the word some Tailee I stored payload, when he shot up delivered up the kingdom of God, even the father, when he himself put down all rule and authority and power. Or he thought that he had put all enemies under His feet and the last friend. You hear the poet's writing about death being a friend. The Bible says it is one enemy, the last enemy that shall be destroyed is what? Or he has put out things under its feet. Verse 28. And when I have seen shabby subdued onto him, then saw the sun also himself the subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all. I want to go on here and pick up these other verse. Verse 30, folds, awake to righteousness and sin not for some have not the knowledge of God. I speak this to your thing. But some will say how are the dead raised up your urinal and with what body do a lot then he uses some illustrations that are real wonderful. That flew over 36 that would sound so it does not click and except to die that would sound so it sounds. So it's not that body would bear grain again, it may 10, wheat or some other grains. But God give us a lot as it has lots and every seed his own god give it to the body the first time according to the love of God, God gave it a warm body. And the second time God's going to do us give it a body of Christ is not the same light. But there is one time to place them in another place of beats and other pieces other birds. They're also celestial bodies bodies stressful, but the glory of the celestial is not. The glory of this physical body you have here in the now is one, the glory of the body you're going to have when you shall be like Him is another, as we say. There's one glory of the sun and other glory of us.

50:59

Verse 2042, so also is the resurrection of the dead. It is so in corrupt that it is sown in corruption, or when that body is put in the ground, what happens to it? That's not art, and I'm still not because the law is everything has to go back to its original former state. It is sewn in corrupted. But praise God when it's raised. It is raised in rock and drop. It is sown in dishonor. It is raised in growth. It is sown in weakness, and in our present bodies and right always weakness you know it. But when it is raised, it is raised in what a man it is sown a natural body. But it is raised a spiritual body. It is raised a spiritual body. Not the spiritual body of sweet birth. That's the spiritual body of Christ, which is to be right. There is a natural body and various a one note is that the first man Adam was made a living soul. The first man Adam was a living soul. But the last Adam was a quickening, I like quickening the license. Why was the life for the first man in the blood, the thorough life of man is last in the blood, Leviticus 1711 The life of the place is in the blood. But the life of this second man when he's really that light in that man is a life quickening sense. What is it? I don't know. The scripture says it is to be like him. Albeit that was not first which is spiritual. But that was just that. That's right afterwards, that would just was the first man is the earth as is a second man is the Lord from heaven. As is the earth is such that they also that ever add is the heavenly such as the ultimate a heavenly. Verse 49. And as we are born the image, the image of the earth. We sat out so bear the image of Lord, amen. Are you sure you're here tonight? If you're sitting here, you're nice, you're bearing the image of the earth. So you also if you're born again I thought that bear who's in the Amiga that shall be like

53:45

Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot walk, inherit the kingdom of God. These are just corruption inherit in corruption. You see you don't automatically corrupt, to inherit in corrupt. You know what that says? You don't automatically die and go to have it. Because he just got through saying that this interrupt must be raised up and given a body, a spiritual body. Now here we are very sexy one I'm going to show you a mystery. He says, We shall not all that. But we shall have the one. How he gets right down to the church. The resurrection primarily belongs to Israel and the ungodly unbeliever the resurrection now takes us deep within the and shows us exactly what happens to the church in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye at the last lap of the atom bomb, the afterlife plot that's Like, when the congregations of the Old Testament were called to gather before God, it was the sounding of the horn. It was not the fire. You know. You don't get what I'm asking the last summer. It's not a blaring alarm. It's a calling of the beloved to come back all the Old Testament Scottish people, he called the congregation the gala with the ram's horn doc, remember, it was not an alarm. When they heard the lambs horn. It was a calling together they knew it was time it was an alarm get off your speaking over here. Well, they lovingly respect for that we're using in the twinkling of an eye for last trump, for the trumpet just sounds. And here's a trumpet that's going to sound is not selected Matthew, God's got a few extra trumpets. Not limited to the one in Matthew. This slot here is talking about his calling together, the mystery of the church. And every time the Bible talks about the coming, the calling of the church, it's always out from remember that the words are used every place, not in your King James but as the revised at 91. It has accurately translate every place but not the King James, every place is translated out from among the church comes out from among. And the dead shall be raised up incorruptible, and we we which are alive that this time set you up. Why because we have not died. Or this corruptible but put on rock, as a bird over Mark put on. So the person that's living at that time he has a mark, then I'll be brought to pass the stage, which is written step is followed up in what? Because until then, the last enemy will have to be locked, destroyed, and the last enemy is locked deaf. And after this Krups until I put on encrypts and end this verse, or shall I put on in morality, mortality then more than that, then, then then then shall be brought that time element that we brought the past, Death is swallowed up in victory. They read these verses of cemeteries all the time. Like as if it's a reality now it isn't. Only what the return will anybody get up only with Christ's return? Will anybody be paying only with Christ's return? Will there be a resurrection or death? Whereas I think, all gravy word by the the thing of death is one. And the strength of them is that But thanks be to God. Who does that? Give us us the victory through our words.

58:13

Isn't that wonderful? Thanks be to God has given us the big train through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brothers be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work alone, or as much as you know that your labor is not invade. Isn't that tremendous? Thanks be to God who've given us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. And because of what he did, my beloved brothers fan fast. Don't budge, don't get don't move away from the gospel and his great revelation.

59:09

Sam fast unmovable. And therefore Ellie's about is the work of the Lord. Always a bound in the work of the Lord. Are you know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord? It may be in vain sometimes, for you people if I have to do are you for me? Since knowledge wise, it's been banged? Because maybe you don't appreciate what I teach or maybe I don't appreciate the greatness of what you teach your love, of your kindness of your standing with me. But all of that stuff looks at your labor there could be in vain. But for the Lord it can never be one. Amen. You know, why are God so loved? That he gave his only begotten son. And he died on Calvary God, and God raised Him from the dead. And when God raised Him from the dead, he also raised us. This is why it says, we're already seated in the heavenly places. Why it says, We've been translated into the kingdom of God, by the work of His dear Son. Therefore, we said, always work that we may stand approved before him. We said, Walk in this life with a great sense of the paradox, knowing that we have the hope of His return. Yes, my people, he could come in. You can come tomorrow, you can come today, the early church had the power of God in manifestation for they were looking. They were looking for his return, and what to look at to become right. And as we look for his return, we become like him and we walk in the lightest, he is like, you know about people, we can never look to Christ too much in this life. You and I could never look to Christ too much in this life. Nor can we look forward price too much in this life. We as believers ought to keep ourselves constantly expect just return. We are taboo without effervescence and glow. Because then our life takes on a meaning of purpose. And it's not a drudgery. It's not you got to go to work tomorrow, because it's workday in all bababooey. But you go to work tomorrow, because you know, you're Christ. And you know that tomorrow you'll have an opportunity to witness and to share. And perhaps Florida return tomorrow. If he doesn't, you're having a wonderful time living for. And so we have the hope of Christ's return, because God raised Him. This is why it's the greatest reality in the world, the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, shall we praise our God and our thoughts? All I thank thee for thy loving kindness and tender mercy and by goodness, we praise thy holy name for the Lord Jesus Christ and His resurrects Father, we are looking for the return and have the hope of heights with him. But the type praise he has thanks through Christ, our living Lord, amen. Let's turn to number 62. Number 62. I hope you'll take the rest of those scriptures I gave you tonight at the beginning first Corinthians 15, which I've read with you, but especially First Thessalonians chapter four, verses 13 to 18. And chapter five, verses one through 11. And in Second Thessalonians, chapter two verses one to three. Take those scriptures and read them in the light of where I'd talked to you tonight. And you'll get the whole picture completed. Are the Scripture one of them that will suddenly stuff remember that scripture always says he'll come like a thief in the night? Why don't they never why don't they ever read the next verse where it says he won't come like in a thief in the night to you? Because you're not in darkness. You're living in a lie. Why, you know, you know, he's not going to come like a thief. Because you have the hope but there's return. You're believing in Christ and I and it became tonight. You're ready to go, because God lives within you. That's why people the new birth is the greatest reality that can happen in the life and soul of a person to be born again a God's Spirit filled with the power of the Holy Spirit knowing that they have
