Romans 13:4
Romans 13:4 (KJV)
4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
Romans 13:4 (Literal)
4 For he is God’s minister to you for good. But, if you as a believer choose to do that contrary to the Word, be afraid, for God’s minister does not handle the Word of God for nought. For he as God’s minister will by the Word execute righteous judgment against the evil doer slowly but with certainty.
