I Will Sing Praise
This is the second of two songs on the Paths Leading Home album that Lisa did not write. This song was written by the great Skip Mesquite in 1981. When Lisa joined the group Joyful Noise during her interim year of The Way Corps, Skip really helped to make her feel right at home. This was before Lisa was married so she was know as Lisa Lochridge. Skip gave her the nickname "Lockjaw" after the great tenor saxophone artist Eddie "Lockjaw" Davis. Lisa recorded this song for the album with Skip's permission and blessing. Dan Moran was the recording engineer, arranger and producer.
