14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
1 Corinthians 2:14 (Literal)
14 And the natural man (of body and soul) receives (spiritually) not the things (of the Mystery) from the Spirit for they (the things of the Mystery) are foolishness unto him and he cannot know (the things of the Mystery by experience) because [reason being] they (the things of the Spirit) are spiritually (by the words) examined by investigation.
