11 For the life-giving grace of God has been revealed to all men. 12 It instructs us that, renouncing ungodliness and worldly desires, we should live with a sound mind and righteously and godly in this present age, 13 eagerly awaiting the blessed Hope, even the appearing of the glory of the great God, even, our savior Jesus Christ. 14 He gave himself for us that he might redeem us from all lawlessness and that he might purify for himself a specially acquired people, zealous for good works. 15 Speak these things and encourage and reprove with complete authority. Let no one despise you and challenge your authority.
