2 Thessalonians 1:7

2 Thessalonians 1:7 (KJV)

7 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,

2 Thessalonians 1:7 (Literal)

7 And to repay you who are pressured relief with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his powerful messengers,

CONTEXT- The obtaining of rest and glory.

2 Thessalonians 1:6-10

6 And so it is just and right from God’s standpoint to repay pressure to those who pressure you; 7 And to repay you who are pressured relief with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his powerful messengers, 8 In a fiery flame. He will execute justice against those who do not know God and against those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 They shall suffer penalty,
eternal ruin, cut off from the presence of the lord and his glorious power, 10 After he has come to be glorified with his holy ones and to
be regarded with awe and wonder in that day by all them that believe (including you who have believed our witness).
