star Healthy living starts with breathing

I have always known, because I was a swimmer and life saver, the importance of breathing. You can live about 30 days without food, 3 days without water and 3 minutes without breathing. The information in this books sets out simple and doable lessons/ exercises that will help anyone that is faithful at doing them. With the correct breathing habits you can keep the energy flowing with a positive attitude and fewer visits to the doctor. I highly recommend this book.
