Victor Paul Wierwille was a Bible scholar and teacher for over four decades.

By means of Dr. Wierwille's dynamic teaching of the accuracy and integrity of God's Word, foundational class and advanced class graduates of Power for Abundant Living have learned that the one great requirement for every student of the Bible is to rightly divide the Word of Truth. Thus, his presentation of the Word of God was designed for students who desire the in-depth-accuracy of God’s Word.

In his many years of research, Dr. Wierwille studied with such men as Karl Barth, E. Stanley Jones, Glenn Clark, Bishop K.C. Pillai, and George M. Lamsa. His formal training included Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Theology degrees from Mission House (Lakeland) College and Seminary. He studied at the University of Chicago and at Princeton Theological Seminary from which he received a Master of Theology degree in Practical Theology. Later he completed his work for the Doctor of Theology degree.

Dr. Wierwille taught the first class on Power for Abundant Living in 1953.

Books by Dr. Wierwille include: Are the Dead Alive Now? published in 1971; Receiving the Holy Spirit Today published in 1972; five volumes of Studies in Abundant Living— The Bible Tells Me So (1971), The New, Dynamic Church (1971), The Word's Way (1971), God's Magnified Word (1977), Order My Steps in Thy Word (1985); Jesus Christ Is Not God (1975); Jesus Christ Our Passover (1980); and Jesus Christ Our Promised Seed (1982).

Dr. Wierwille researched God's Word, taught, wrote, and traveled worldwide, holding forth the accuracy of God's "wonderful, matchless" Word.

SUMMARY KEYWORDS: Peter, Jesus, called, lord, God, lambs, Simon, man, net, disciples, Galilee, love, feed, night, fish, trip

Mark chapter one. Gospel of Mark chapter one. The night I'd like to trade with you the way in which the master worked with a man called Peter. Peter was just about as human as any man has ever been human. He was just about as great as any man could get great. And at the same time, he was the kind of man that go on the skids every once in a while. As I said, at various times, sometimes he was hotter than a firecracker for the Lord. Other times he was colder in cold turkey. The night we want to trace this man, because it relates itself to incidents that happen some short time after the resurrection appearance of the Lord Jesus Christ, within three or four weeks after the Lord's resurrection. In this first chapter, the gospel of Mark in verse 16, to set the pattern, let us look at it. Now it Jesus walked by the Sea of Galilee, he thought Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into the sea for they were fishers.

01:27

And Jesus said unto them, Come after me and I will make you to become fishers of men. And straightway they first took their nets, and followed Him. Jesus said, Just Peter and Andrew, his brother, follow me and I will make you to become fishers of men. You are not automatically a fisherman, to to become a fisherman, or a feature of men. This is an art, this is something you practice, this is something you develop, you are automatically an ambassador by birth, you're a witness. You're a workman, you're a soldier, you're an ambassador by what he called us to write. But now to really do the job of an ambassador, you might have a little training.

02:25

Maybe it wouldn't hurt to take the advanced class. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to take it the second time.

02:33

You say? Jesus said to Peter and Andrew, follow me and I will make you fishers of men. I will make you and the Word says that immediately or straightway same way as immediately. They Peter and Andrew for suck their nets and what they left their source of material income and followed the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ did not ask everybody he met to forsake their source of income and to follow him. But he did say it to some of these men. And Peter was one of them.

03:17

In the sixth chapter, the gospel of Mark and here in the 12th verse This is a Luke good I'd say mark, want to go to Luke? Six, Luke six sorry. 12. And it came to pass in those days. He Jesus went out into a mountain to pray, and it continued all night in prayer to God. Verse 13, now the next day, and when it was day, he called unto him his disciples. And of them he chose 12. whom also he named what? So every apostle is a lot. But not every disciple is a lot. Right? Because the ministry of an apostle is a call out ministry, perpendicular ministry like God calls. And very sportin names Peter as the first one. Simon, whom He also named what he had called him out and said, Follow me and I'll make you to become a fisher of men. This was his discipleship when he called him out. The making the developing and bringing forth is the development of the ministry, as you will see later on of an apostle along with this site, When he called Andrew his brother, James and John Philip M. Barthelemy, Matthew, and Thomas, James, the son of Alphaeus, and Simon called saluted, and Judas, the brother of James and Judas Iscariot, who also was the traitor 12 of them, he called in the fifth chapter of Luke. And in the first verse of this chapter, we see that Jesus has been preaching in the synagogues around Galilee. And it came to pass as, as the people pressed upon him to hear the Word of God. He, Jesus stood by the Lake of Gennesaret. This is the Sea of Galilee. Same thing, it's called different names in different places at different times in the history. Sea of Galilee. It's called the Sea of Tiberius. It's called the Lake of Gennesaret. And he saw two ships standing by the lake, but the fishermen were gone out of them, and were washing their net. And he, Jesus entered into one of the ships, which was Simon, and prayed him, that he would thrust out a little from the land. And he sat down and talked to people out of the ship. Now, when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep end, let down your net for a drop. And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all night and taken nothing. And have nevertheless OSI word, I will let down the nets. And when they have this done, they enclosed a great multitude of locks, and their net break. And they beckoned under their partners which were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came and filled both the ships so that they began to see. When Simon saw it, he fell down at Jesus' feet, knees, his feet, they depart from Me, for I am a sinful man, oh, Lord, where he was astonished, and all that were with him at the drop of the fishes which they had taken. And so was also James and John, the son of Zebedee, which were partners with Simon. And Jesus said unto Simon, fair not from henceforth thou shalt catch men. And when they had brought their ships to lamb, they pursued Gaul and followed him.

08:02

A lot of the life of Peter, when Jesus first called him, up until this second occurrence, is just untrackable in the Word. But Peter, apparently was with the Lord Jesus Christ in Galilee at various times. And then he'd go back and go fishing again. And then he'd come back, follow the Lord again. Then he'd go back fishing. It's such a human story of people's development spiritually. You get them into the depth of God's word, and it's real great. Pretty soon they go back and they get back in fellowship again, and they get all warmed up. And pretty soon they drop out again and try the patient this and they come back again. You know, Jesus had told him at the beginning, he was going to make him a fisher of men. He said Lord Alford, say call for it. And yet radio, trace it through your find out he must not have forsaken it to begin with. He all he did to begin with, but not for sure, because he kept going back, going back going, but now the significance of this fifth chapter of Luke is really tremendous. Because we know that there are a number of things you have to do if you want to manifest a life that's more than abundant. Number one, you have to hear the Word of God. Because the word of God soiler God, you cannot know God's will until you know his luck at Taxila. Number two, you have to do the Word of God. Carry it out. That's number two. Number three, you get the results. You don't get the results first, and then here are the words then do. You first hear the word you Do the word, and then you get the result. Now this theater, we've been invited to partake Gaul and so forth. He was back down his face all vision territory, you know. And after Jesus had finished speaking to the multitude of various forces, he said to Simon, hey, Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your watch. Next for a flood that story to God, the Word of God is what it means what it says. And it's right now there's only one problem with it. at all, no words there. And Simon answering set on him. But Master, master, a master look, you may know about spiritual things, you know, you may be able to read the Old Testament, the scrolls and so forth. But I want to tell you, it's not master. We know that a patient that says our business, you know, this is what we made a living by. Here's how we fed our family. He said, Master Master, we toiled all night. We fished the very place you want us to, uh, we toiled all night. And we've got a lot. And you want to tell me to go back there and fish? matter with you, Jesus. That's fear. You're fighting against the word. You know, Jesus said, launch out the deep let down your next word of God, the will of God. But Peter, I still no surprise, Peter, I fight. You know. My Lord, we faced it all night, and taken a lot. And then he makes a beautiful compromise. It all finally he gets started to himself. And he thinks, oh, boy, I shouldn't talk to Lord like this, you know, by Jesus. after all. He fed them all attitude on a few patients a few other things. Occasionally, we've had a pretty good time wrapping together, he sat with us, you know, for 17 hours, taught us a lot of things. And really, I shouldn't take him apart like this. And we ate dinner off of him many times he paid the bill. They don't pay it. Peter gets real sarnies. Okay, Lord, I tell you what I'll do. Nevertheless, at thy word. I will let down the luck. Whoo, let down a lot. No, don't just say it read what's written. Net. Oh, come on. And I have had some unit foundational class. Your read what is what? That's right. The word of the Lord was Do not let out finance. Nor the word of the Lord was led out to net it's got an S on. Peter said, Lord, I will let outline a net. Wow. Ha.

13:03

That just like Peter, and Peter, just like us sometimes have been at least the word of the Lord was let it let off the net. The young people today would understand it. If you said it said to them, let it all hang out.

13:25

Dry. He said that Peter, just take those nets, launch out in the deep and let out your net.

13:34

And Peter said Yes, Lord. But try it just a little way we'll let out a just beauty. Or if it's like taking the Word of God, you know, where you got the whole word and say, well, I'll just accept salvation. And it'd be done. Sure, you can get saved because you won't take the rest of the word. You take the word on salvation. Then if you believe that part of the word do it again, because it's true. So Peter said, Okay, I'll try out a little bit. Instead of letting the nets out. Peter said at die. Word wasn't quite the word was only part of the word not the fullness of the word. Only part of it. He said I'll let down the lot. Yes. And when they had this done very sick, they enclosed a great multitude of fish and their net started a lot. That's right. Why do you think that happened if that all boy let it all out? Ah boy, oh boy. That's something.

15:00

You see, they talk about athletes being so tremendous. And then they talk about some of these athletes. The reason they're so good is because they're Christian. It has an angle to it. But I've seen great athletes who are not Christian men who play professional pro ball, they're not Christian. Then why are they so good? Well, they just came wrapped in a package like this genetically, gave them great potential, so on and so forth. Now, just think how big they could really be, if they ever tapped in to the greatness of the power. These men may be great man in athletic fields, and athletic endeavors. But how much bigger they would be if they really tapped in and put God up there and got that great strength and Revelation spiritually that God gives their pros, now they'd be the pro pros, if they really tapped in. I think many times, it's possible to just take a portion of the word like you did here, because the word is logical, it's accurate. It's true. When you set out two nets, or three nets, you have more than one. But if you put one out, you've got at least a part put out. And that's Peter being who he was. And that kind of individually represented. He just let out the singular. But they got a whole bunch of fish in that niche. For it says in verse seven, that they beckoned under their partners, which were in the other ships that they should come and a lot. They all our fellows bring a chip over help. And they came and they filled both the ship. And they had to start believing for their lives because the ship started sinking. And here's the beauty part on verse eight. When Peter s a w did when Piersol. First God had given him to work through the Lord Jesus Christ Launch out into the deep, and let down your neck for a draw, theater, etc. After a period of time after he argued with himself while he said Lord will let out a net. They introduced a multitude of fishes, they had to call their friends in to help so they have room to put up. And then Peter comes to that beautiful place where he saw what had really happened. And he fell down at Jesus' seats saying oh lord Depart from me from a sinful ever thought about say, and that really took only half the worried you know, what after he saw the finish, he got reminded that there was something happening. Then he gets real contrite on the inside, he said, Oh, Lord, I'm so sorry. I goofed on that maybe you're the reason I know this for various nine says three was astonished. Astonished just flabbergasted. He was shook his eyeballs flip. And all that were with him at the drop of the fishes which they had what they can run. And so was also James and John, the son of Zebedee. And Jesus said unto Simon, he said, Simon, they're not. Don't be frightened now. Don't get all teed off on this thing now. From henceforth Thou shalt love. And once again, verse 11, when they brought the ships the land now, he again for six all in what follows his water record. Jesus said, Launch out into the deep. You know, we can go with God just about as far as we want to go. Most other people like to play around in the shallows, you know, and never really just sell out. Let it all out. It's either all for the Lord or nothing. They never get to that place. They always hold back a little like Ananias and Sapphira for a rainy day, or Jesus said, Launch out into the deep and let down your neck. I think these words spiritually speak to Christians around the world tonight, that the Christians ought to Launch out into the deep and quit playing around the peripheries of Christianity. That's right, dabbling here and dabbling their Launch out into the deep end. Let down your neck.

19:54

Put out every thing you've got for the Lord. Put her out there and see How many men and women we can catch? How many young people how many children? Because that's, after all what a fisherman is for. But he used this illustration on the face that teach him a much greater lesson. And I think this lesson speaks to our day and time in our because how many people have you seen that really have less of a lead out the neck, on God's Word? In comparison to those who say, Well, I'll go just a little way with the word, letting out a net. God wants men and women lead out to net. The Gospel of John in the 21st chapter. After Peter had been behind closed doors for fear of the Jews, after the resurrection appearance of the Lord Jesus Christ, this is the same Peter, you will remember who had been traveling with Jesus now over a period of time of at least a year, year and a half, not over three. You had heard a minister, I had heard the word his senior minister, he had been into some of these great, tremendous uplifting meetings. In one day, Jesus had been talking about his death, and what was going to happen to him and Peter reminded Jesus, that He was his man. He said, everybody else can flip the coop of Jesus, I want to tell you one thing, I'll stand with you through thick or thin. They may come to take you but I want to tell you, I'll never deny you. And then Jesus looks at me says before the talk gets through crowing a number of times, he said, You're not only going to deny me once, you're going to deny me three times. And Peter said, Lord, I'll never do her. And the clock started grow it. And then the next thing you see is a cloud of dust. And we apart the dots Peters headed down the road. That's beer. Resurrection, He and another fellow young adult, headed towards a separate Kurt, and the other fell out run do get their first younger athletes, they're indoors for So finally, Peter gets to the open, separate, Ernie blows into it. He sees it. And it says he believed. Then they still come back to the city of Jerusalem and get up into a room and they throw their Yale lock and they're both taboo. About a week later, everybody's in there, including Thomas. And for the second time Jesus enters in that room, they're still in there after a week or two and they they enter into that room, Jesus enters into nurse Thomas's. He says, Hey, Thomas, I hear you don't believe that this thing could have happened. He said, Here's my hand, put your hand in my hand, where the nails have been thrust your hand into my side and Be not faithless, and believing. Peter was very salt as he heard all of this. This is why, after all of the things that happened again in chapter 21, after these things, Jesus showed Himself again, the disciples had to see a die Barry's Gennesaret, Galilee, and on that's why he showed himself there were together Simon Peter Thomas called What did he miss and Nathaniel, of Canaan, Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two other of his disciples. And Simon Peter says on them, I go air, that fella life patient. I figured out he's always got something sounds like the early days of his life, in the following of the Lord Jesus Christ after all that period of time with the Lord. Seeing all those signs, miracles and wonders, being with the master himself, God's only begotten Son, you wouldn't expect that follow the trip out all the time, which leads consistent on he's tripping out. He had been in that room behind closed doors when Jesus appeared to Thomas Encino all this. He was the first man in the office suffered he saw it and believe. Yep, the Bible said In essence, I've had gone back. The only thing I can figure out from the integrity and accuracy of God's word is that it just blew Peters mind. He just could not understand all this stuff going on. One day Jesus walked into Rome into your empfehlen. Next day he was looking, Peter was looking for Jesus and couldn't find it. And they go all over the place. And it couldn't figure out what was going on. How is this whole thing to correlate? And finally, Peter said, Look, fellas, I just want to go back to Asia. That's right. It says Simon Peter says, I know they're my go patient. And you know what he did? They say unto him, we also go with the

25:52

apostolic leadership it certainly is an indication of how a man have a strong personality a strong conviction took these men with him. Because Peter was a strong man. Whenever Peter stood for something and really stood for it come hell or high water you couldn't budge. But the next minute after was all over with, he might be cold and dead duck and just head out run like crazy. But he was so strong that when he said, Well, fellas, this thing about the Lord Jesus Christ, I don't understand it. He was here two weeks ago, he hasn't been back since I don't know what he's done. We might as well go back and go fishing. And Nathaniel said optics, right? Andrew said, Peter, my brother, I think you made a smart choice. We all go see or go. Got dogs nets already. They entered in their ship immediately. And that night, they caught up barrels, they caught a lot. That's right, they got God wants all that God's mosquito by ourselves. did get a face right. Now these are man who knows the fishing industry. That's how they made a living. People want to see that they weren't stupid. These were men who knew what they were doing. And yet that night, they call it what I think of the reality of the greatness of this thing. When a man has once heard the greatness of God's word, and it's sort of settled in so he can trip out and go back, but he's home country.

27:47

making bricks without straw territory is Egypt I'm talking about the product called Sun trip, read a book, it's in there.

27:58

That's right. They may go back to their own way of life. We've got kids that have gone back to their pot, their heroin, lots of other stuff. But I want to tell you something. They know it isn't back there. They know it. Why? Because they've tasted of the greater fruit of life, the greater accuracy the greater power of God, they made with people like you that at least for a week or two, it's down in there. So they've been with people who really loved them. And who really cared for them, who'd sit with them and pray with them and help them that when they get back in that territory, they find out there's no prayer. There's no love. There's no that night they cost. Ladies and gentlemen, whenever we go back to those places where we have been before we really got a knowledge of God's word, you're just going to catch nothing, but mosquito it just isn't. Now there's something happens here that you just have to have a good sense of humor to see God and Jesus Christ in action. And you've got it so you'll see later fished all night just so caught up. And Jesus next morning, but when the morning now was come, Jesus stood on the show in action facial and it was going to disrupt their nightlife but the disciples didn't know Jesus.

29:40

Jesus says on them. Hey, kids, children. You could get any meat like running the night before. Have you already made the answer What though?

30:02

You said down to them hey fellas How about trying out on the right side? Oh can you just see all Peter at all theory getting harder to call her on the head down his feet cast the net on the right side of the ship where do you think they paid cash at all night? Right left underneath bank fraud tech tried them all

website but Peter does a lot he does the coolest grabs his raincoat out of the bag seat that voters up it gets his Fisher's coat because he was naked that he can't he took that coating he said oh what a what a TV show this yeah the other disciples want to walk tread water. So they came into leadership or they were not part of land and they were dragging a nest with a vision and as soon as they were come to land they fall fire coals they're on and fish later on and Jesus says you won't mind breaking a few of the piece you've now caught

32:14

you gotta see the undercurrent you know? Jesus just started knife in them a little bit. Mr. Simon Peter went up and he drew dinette. The land full of great features 150 And three, those must have been WAMP and V. And for all there were so many here that was not the lot.

32:34

And Jesus says on them come and die and none of the disciples jurists asked him who are called

32:50

Jesus said covered take his bread and give them fish like light. And this is now the third time I told you this last time they were behind closed doors you know and all that. But this is now the third time that Jesus showed Himself His disciples after they was risen from the dead. So when they are dying after supper or after dinner this is where they get the record if you're going to you know really work with a man feeding first then do business later. This is the wine and dine and trips you know

33:28

businessmen employs this technique. Though when they are dying. Jesus said to Simon Peter Hey, Simon, Jonah, Jonah. Love Assamese more than the efficient business Sure 153 Whoppers Do you allow me more than that? I called you you know a long long time ago and you first call and follow me but you've been gone back there do you really love me? Do you really love me more than this fishing trip you want to go on all the time? You thought done MBA Lord cow No it's that I love the

34:13

he says on to him feed my watch that damn the second time Simon son of Jonas lavas Tommy he says NaVi Lord Domino is that I love these hats on him the Nike he says I am the third time Simon son of Jonas love with Tommy and feed I got rod Yeah, you get a little hotter new collar a Jesus give you though. First time Jesus said a lot out the next leader said I'll do a nip. Now after all this three to time resurrection everything else. Jesus said to Peter, they might change you so and so far. Third time. Peter was grieved. He was hurt. You know he got itchy, irritated or little bit because Jesus said to him the third time love US Army. And he said, Lord, I know it's all things Oh no, it's that I love the Jesus says on him and well. Here we have a tremendous record. That never fit for any of us in the ministry until we understood the Orientalism. So the Bible because in verse 15, he said, Feed my wife. In verse 16, it says, feed my wad. And in verse 17, it says the my lot, right? It just doesn't make any sense. Text wise either. But the Orientalism behind it is what makes it ever, you know, jail and Mason, really ever invest in your life. There are three categories involved here. The first one read, feed my male lamb. The second one reads feed my female lamb. And the third one reads Feed my sheep. Because you'll only get cheap after they pass through the lambs stage. And in lambs, you got to have little boy lambs, little girl lambs, you know, male female lambs. And after they have matured, after a year's time, they are called shape. Now, this is truly significant, because a bigger background and what Jesus Christ really came to do. The male lamb, all the male lambs that were born, were always cared for, by the shepherd himself. They were never allowed to be cared for by a hireling. The Bible says in the gospels that mean servants and employ that you just hire. The male lambs were cared for by the shepherd himself, if possible. If he had a son, old enough, that was well trained, that old son would take the responsibility for the male lambs. Now, the male lambs were never turned loose, like the sheep were to graze. The male lambs were fenced in, like we would think of putting up fences around a grassy area. And they were fenced in. And in that area where the male lambs were kept. All the obstructions were picked up from the field. In other words, we today would say whether it took care of getting all the barbed wire out, all these sharp stones, all of that would be taken out of there, and the grass would be taken care of the best. Why? Because out of those lambs, male lambs of the first year would have to come the sacrifice lambs, the lambs that were to be without blemish and without spots, and therefore the shepherd himself, because you couldn't offer up to God, anything by me. Therefore, the shepherd himself took care of the male lamb so that they would have no possibility of being injured and hurt so that out of those would come the beautiful lamb to be used for the Lord's work. Oh God through Jesus Christ said to Peter that day, Peter, I want you to feed my male lamb. Secondly, that to him, Peter, I want you to take care of the female lamb.

39:10

Hello, girl lamb. And that's beautiful. Because if you're related to the incidents that occur later, it's exactly how life should be matching for us and jelly. We people are loved the Lord Jesus Christ have to take care of our little boys are two year olds, our three year olds, our four year old boys are one year old boy. We got to bring up as the scripture says our children and the nurture and admonition of us. That's right, and you can't take a child. You know, I'd like some hireling babysit him for 12 years. You can't take a child and turning him out to the world. That child is the responsibility of the parent and he should have the best care in order to level male children, the little boy children, the little girl children, you don't turn them out to the world. You don't let them grow up while you take care of them with the best care you can give those little female lambs, because out of those female lambs will come along with the male lambs, future female and male lambs, who then will turn out to be shaped and I left those little girl lambs are properly taken care of. There never will be beautiful girl sheep. Or how you can be smart in animal husbandry and stupid and that things are gone. You just think all you have to do is be a Christian and the kids can grow up live or something that's not right. How much more important is it to us today that we train up our boys and our girls in the accuracy of God's word? Yes, somebody said a while back he took him to a certain service. You know the four year old kids Sunday school he told me I said why show me the quarterly they use he showed it to me. It would just contrary to God's word what they were teaching that kid and then I thought to myself, Oh my God, you don't take a four year old and give him carbolic acid. When you gave a four year old carbolic acid all you do is kill a physical body I guess. Or when you feed them the wrong kind of the things are the way to God what are you doing? You're messing with the eternal destiny of that boy why I wouldn't think of giving my children the wrong word of God. I wouldn't expose them to the lousy following either a handout that tries the only reason people keep doing a lot of this thing is because they want to go back fishing. Because that's their social acceptance. That's the power structure. While bless God my social acceptance is the Lord my power structure his dog and the integrity and accuracy of His Word. And I'd killed I think cows in the soul of every man and woman boy and got off of the way ministry you are still going back fishing territory and I'll tell you some you're not going to catch anything except flip boy that skied and really cop out, that's right.

42:41

it is our job is to feed the male lambs the female lambs and when they mentor to take care of us and yeah don't feed the sheep a poor quality of corn fodder or corn husks are looking at my farmers around here you know foreign policy you're gonna next up your corn cobs for digestion a boy when you got cheap and you're really want him to produce you take care of them which is our job out there other remarkable thing is that I see in here who would you give this job to? A guy that gone fishing so often his Poles were in hardly any good anymore. Run back all the time, the next role? I wouldn't have given it to Peter otic Peter, some other places that get gone. You've been tripping out all the time I go patient never catch not on you know, raise the Lord I'm not the Lord. Well, you talk about love. How do you like that? Peter had denied a Peter had done everything time trade a lot. The Lord said yes. The Lord comes and finds you. I'm going to bring all those fish in he's already got breakfast prepared, you know, hot rolls, coffee, how many ingredients he puts this much believing in Peter. And the reason I want to show you why he's able to do this. Because God has been giving Jesus revelation and God wouldn't have to give Jesus revelation if Jesus was they take Valley barely I say unto deep Peter, when thou was young, under 30 Not five years old. The word Young is under 30. That says 30 was the age when Abraham took Isaac up for the Treatment ceremony. And everybody thinks, you know, Isaac was just a little kid that Abraham took him by the hand and dragging him up you know, it's like a nightmare you know, Isaac was 30 years old, what he took you ramaa when I was young dog courteous thyself in other words, when you were under 30 You did your own trip you went fishing when you want to do whenever you want to cop out your cop out, but I want to tell you something beater. You walked whether that was but when thou shalt be over 30 years old, not 93 and two thirds years old, but over 30. By the way, all of this thing is significant because Jesus Christ couldn't begin his public ministry until he was how old 30 A man couldn't teach until they were 30 years old. A man could not be a member, that Senator in the ruling body of Judaism unless you were 30 years old, married and a father of a child. Well, when thou shalt be old, thou shalt stretch for Taiwan. And who do you think he's going to stretch force his hand to the Lord? That's the only smart thing to do anyway, you know, come back to where it really is. stretch forward by hand and another the Lord God Almighty shall gird thee, and lead the Lord carriers lead the wither Tao would not have gone on your lot. Oh, it's your same smelly. Why? Verse 19. This fakie signifying now here's King James, by what death he should glorify God. Oh, boku. No, something's wrong there because it says in Hebrews 214, death is a who? Satan and God doesn't need the devil, to help him along the tech streets. You better put it in your Bible or you have a lifetime work on it yourself. This fakies signifying by watt death by watts, he should glorify God before death. That's the...That's a key to Peter, Jesus. Take this to Peter, signifying How are by what means he would glorify God, how would he glorify God by stretching parts of his hand, and allowing God to lead him? That's how he was going to do it. In other words, Peter was going to put his hand in the hand of the Lord, and the Lord was going to lead Peter, this was what he was signifying unto him. This is how he would glorify God, is there any other way to glorify God, don't let the Lord do the lady. This is what he would do before he died. When he had spoken this, he sat on that Peter for the last time follow up, told him not early very early, now hearing data to him for the last time and it still hasn't hit theater. Peter knows his orders now you know, the riddle were to Godzilla like God, but Peters got to be concerned about Maggie McGinnis. You know, Johnny jump up, Henry Bullock go. Hey, Peter, turning about see as a disciple whom Jesus loved following which also leaned on his breath is suffering he said a lord, which is either Patricia See, Peter, see, you've said to Jesus, Lord, what shall this man wha Are you telling me what I'm to do? But what about this fella? What about this guy? I know my job, but what's she gonna do? I don't want to just my job I want her to do to you know, I want him to do I know what you want me to. But what about it? Jesus says I named Peter if I will, that he tarry till I come watch that to the follows Allah. That's right. You know, people get so concerned about what Maggie Martin's supposed to do. Or Johnny jump up or Henry Bullock school? Not a question a lot. Somebody else is gonna do what are you going to do? You're gonna be a cop out a lifetime by thinking about the other fellows gonna do? Because while you're thinking about what he's going to do, you never take for yourself what you ought to be doing. Jesus had said to Peter Alami, that settled it. But Peter said, what about this other fellow what he's gonna do when Jesus said, That's none of your lousy business, you just Wah trout.

49:49

Then when they say, abroad among the brethren, that that disciple should not die, yet Jesus said, Not only him he shall not die, but he Jesus said If I will that he tarry this other disciple, Terry, until I come, Peter was set to you that's none of your world. Your primary responsibility for you is nobody else but you follow that a lot. That's still true today. That's the end of the record. Except in Acts chapter two

50:22

Wow. Read over the world. Right. When the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were always want to call it 12 jobs. I'm in one of those 12 was identities.

50:41

One suddenly there came a sound from heaven rushing money when it filled all the house where they were sitting. There appeared under them cloven tongues like as finest sat upon each of them, and they were all filled. Plato filled overflowing with Panama, hoggy, oh, and began to speak with a lot of the Spirit gave them off. And that was the turning point, right? I was the one right experience that really turned Peter to be a an apostle, where he held forth the greatness of the word as he understood, as he knew. Because when Peter begins his sermon, in verse 14, they've mocked him, you know, God said he felt drunk. Peter standing up with the 11 Verse 14 lifted up his voice instead of them. He might have bought Whoo, God first word he uses when he stands up, he says you 40 days before that, Peter was behind closed doors with the Yale lock the bolt on and I suppose the furniture stacked up to keep the doors shut, for fear of odd. Now he turns right, and that first word, he says, right after this is you that fear is gone. Man of God and all you got to address would be this no non DUI and hearken to My what? Man Oh, man, what a change. And this, the only thing that ever changes a man from making too many backward patients. You've got to come to the place that you not only are born again, but you're playfully you're overflowing. It's not playing lotto. It's Plato, the word Plato is used when it's overflowing in manifestation. A lot of Christians today are failed you know born again. But they might as well not be as far as their Plato is concerned. You don't see anything. All I know what you see they give up their lipstick and take off their toenail polish and they quit smoking their quarters, cigars, add a bunch of baloney why you can take off your earrings, you can take off the whole blasted stuff that don't make any more spiritual. On the other hand yet, and you've been hanging on to your wait a day on that don't make any more spiritualizing that God doesn't just want born again believer that the born again experience is by grace not of works lest any man should blow evasions thrive. It sounds great. And thank God it is or none of us make it.

53:47

And I want to tell you something, what God's looking for are men who don't always go back to that old territory of Egypt, you know, to make bricks without straw. Or back in the old hog country where the prodigal son that all of his substance and rod is living. What he's looking for are men and women who are playfully wire manifesting fourth, a greatness of the power of God who are operating manifestations of that spirit like speaking in tongues, interpretation of tongues prophecy, where the knowledge where the wisdom discerning the Spirit speaks miracles, and that's the kind of man Peter was. And as he finished that particular message that day, Oh, Peter said, Damn, repent. He said, Repent, and be baptized. Every one of you is the name of Jesus Christ, for the remission of sins, and you too shall aanbod open an argue. Why because the promises done to you and your children into a fire office. You even had too many of the Lord our God show that he include you and me were in operand we ought to do the things in group. Not sure. About 3000 souls were added to the church that day. Not a bad trip.

55:16

A little later on, these men are still boldly moving forth. The Bible says about 4000 were added, later, few chapters one chapter two, three chapters later, four or 5000 added to the church. Another record in here and x two says that the Lord added to the church daily such as we're being saved. That is the church of x. That's the church that Bo was talking about. That's the church that God's talking about. God doesn't go running around town to see what if it's got a big M on it, or a big P on it, or a big C on the door. Try God only wants to see on the inside. Because God doesn't look on the outside. He looks on the heart. On the lady, ladies and gentlemen, that's one of the great records in God's word of how a man was brought back from his old fishing business, finally, to where he really moved. This is our job to this is my time, your time. We can't afford to be critical of them when they're out back in deficient territory. While we can sure put a little food on the bar for like to say you can't lead a horse you can lead a horse to water you can make him drink. Somebody said you have a low salt Neo. I like to I like to salt the shadow. That's how the Lord finally some of us, you know, when we drifted back, his love was there and we keep coming back. Pretty soon we finally came to our senses. And that was the best trip of all is just to stay there. That's where the food is. That's where you spend all day catching some and no nights catching nothing. This is a great o'clock in the world today. Class, it's still our job to feed the male lambs. The female lands in our job to feed the sheep. But take it a step further. It's our job in the X period. And now you see the little boys and little girls and all the adults
